Review and comment the contractor documents and submittal of concrete and

civil works materials, Inspection and Quality Manual, Project Quality Plan (PQP)

and ensuring their complying with contract specification.

Ensuring that QA related problems are solved in an efficient way and

Carry out the work as per the programmer schedule.
