Receive up to USD 200 according to the Commission Schedule. Receive weekly commissions based on the volume generated on your lower-volume leg on the allowable commission amounts per Tracking Centre determined by your active rank. WHAT IS REQUIRED Become a QNET Independent Representative. Sell to a Retail Customer to receive the difference between the Retail Price and discounted price for an IR. Become a QNET IR. Qualify and Activate your Tracking Centres (TCs) and achieve 1,000 GBV on any Lower Volume Leg. Only applies to Primary TC, Cycle 1, Step 1. Qualify and Activate all of your Tracking Centre. Achieve the required Group Business Volume on any Lower Volume Leg. BONUS SUMMARY

BONUS Q4 REPEAT SALES COMMISSION Q5 MAIN PLAN RANK ADVANCEMENT Q6 RSP RANK ADVANCEMENT WHAT YOU RECEIVE You will earn the designated RSP points from your sale to every Retail Customer or Personal Purchases of any QNET products and Repeat Sales to downlines up to 9 levels below within your network or line of referralship. RSP are automatically converted into cash. Maximise your Step Commissions up to USD 60,300 per week through growth in volume and Direct Referrals. Develop leadership skills. Increase your earnings from RSP as you expand your paid levels through Rank Advancement. As you advance in rank, your paid levels increases. WHAT IS REQUIRED Become an Active IR. Achieve the minimum Monthly RSP Maintenance of your current rank. Purchase any QNET products for personal consumption or have Retail Customers who purchase any QNET products. As you advance in rank, the amount paid per step increases, the number of weekly steps allowed increases, and the maximised weekly pay out can be achieved. Achieve the minimum monthly RSP Rank Advancement requirements from Bronze Star up to Diamond Star.

Each quarter, the top performers will be included in the World Performance Pool. Earn rewards, points and incentives tied to regular and ongoing product promotions and cash incentives. Achieve the minimum RSP Monthly Advancement requirements of either Gold Star, Platinum Star or Diamond Star within a Month. Achieve the minimum monthly RSP Rank Maintenance requirements of Gold Star rank or above for 6 consecutive months each to receive additional bonuses on top of your Repeat Sales Commissions. Become one of the higher achievers to be eligible to earn more bonuses from any new programme offered by QNET. Learn and achieve the requirements for promotions/ incentives.
  11. 11. INDEPENDENT REPRESENTATIVE (IR) A person who has enrolled to build a business organisation by selling products and referring others. ENROL To register as an IR in the QNET business with a one-year IRship Package. ACTIVATED IR A Qualified IR who has achieved and allocated a minimum of 500 qualifying BV on each side of any of his/her Tracking Centres (TCs) through Personal Sponsorship. ACTIVE IR Any IR who achieves the minimum Monthly RSP Maintenance requirement for the IRs current Rank from his/her Retail Sale or purchases of products for personal consumption from the QNET eStore. REFERRER An IR who refers Retail Customers or Prospects by helping them to become IRs of QNET. REPEAT SALES POINTS (RSP) Repeat Sales Points or RSP are points assigned to each QNET product that an Active IR earns from the maximum of 10 Paid Levels in the RSP Plan. REPEAT SALES COMMISSION Means commissions derived from accumulated Repeat Sales Points. QUALIFIED IR An IR who has at least one Tracking Centre (TC) with the minimum qualifying 500 BV from a Retail Sale or product purchase for personal consumption. TERMINOLOGIES
  12. 12. MAIN PLAN Refers to the Compensation Plan from which an IR can earn commissions/bonuses based on the achieved Group Business Volume on any Lower Volume Leg. In the Main Plan, an IR can earn Retail Profit and Step Commissions based on his/her Compensation Level. RSP PLAN Refers to the Compensation Plan from which the active IR earns Repeat Sales Commissions. In the RSP Plan, an IR can earn Retail Profit and Repeat Sales Commission derived from the RSP earned from a maximum of 10 Paid Levels, including his/her Retail Sales or Personal Purchases and the Repeat Sales to downlines up to nine levels below within his/her network or line or referralship. RETAIL CUSTOMER Someone who purchases products from QNET but does not enrol as an IR. BUSINESS VOLUME (BV) The point value of a product used to qualify Tracking Centres (TCs) and calculate Step Commissions. GROUP REPEAT SALES POINTS (GROUP RSP) RSP that an IR earns from the Repeat Sales and Personal Purchases made by his/her downlines within his/her network or line of referralship. eVOUCHER POINTS (EP) Points earned at every Step 6 of any given Commission Cycle, redeemable for products in the QNET Redemption eStore. GROUP BUSINESS VOLUME (GBV) The total BV accumulated from the IRs downline group.

Weekly commissions are based on volume generated by group downlines. The allowable commission amounts per Tracking Centres are determined by active rank.
