This screen shows the settlement date with the investor. If the settlement date field is blank or after 5‐31‐09, the loan is ineligible.

From here, you can see the date the payment was processed and the due date of the payment. You can cycle through the full history by hitting the F8 button to advance (F7 to cycle backwards).


SER1

This screen shows two of the original borrowers, P&I, investor code, the interest rate, the UPB and the escrow account balance. This screen also indicates if the loan is an ARM.

This screen shows the amortization term. This screen also shows the interest rate, UPB and whether the loan is an ARM.

This screen indicates if a loan is interest‐only or if it is an ARM.

This screen indicates if the existing loan is a balloon. If the loan is not a balloon, the Balloon Type, Template and Activation Date are blank.

This screen indicates the Property Type. All new loans should be registered using the same Property Classes as indicated by the existing loan (above). Operations will verify. *Mobile Home is 045*

Go to the SER1 screen in CPI. If there was a Loss Mitigation action taken, you will see a note at the bottom of the screen. In this example, you can see it says “Completed Loss Mitigation”

The next screen you need to check is LMT1. Here you will also see the status of the Loss mitigation (“completed”). Near the top of the screen there is a field “STAT”. If you see a “C” there, it means “Complete”. Next to that is “Template”. Here, it will tell you what kind of modification took place. In this case “BVHMP” stands for Bayview HAMP. REMINDER, if STAT has any status in it, the loan is not eligible.

MIP1 (Primary Monthly)

This screen shows the primary mortgage Insurer, the premium factor and the certificate number.
