Go to the SER1 screen in CPI. If there was a Loss Mitigation action taken, you will see a note at the bottom of the screen. In this example, you can see it says “Completed Loss Mitigation”

The next screen you need to check is LMT1. Here you will also see the status of the Loss mitigation (“completed”). Near the top of the screen there is a field “STAT”. If you see a “C” there, it means “Complete”. Next to that is “Template”. Here, it will tell you what kind of modification took place. In this case “BVHMP” stands for Bayview HAMP. REMINDER, if STAT has any status in it, the loan is not eligible.
