Each situation is different

Leadership is a calling. Events or situations emerge that call for

leadership. You can duck or hide, but it won’t go away. The call still goes out.

Determination needed for continuous improvement is different from determination needed managing a crisis

Courage needed in a high-risk capital venture is differentfrom courage needed to transform a legacy business
