1. Order must be placed with Comsource and Xarios by September 30, 2010

2. Xarios reserves the right to change these packages to assist in winning business, as well as terms & conditions at any time without

notice

3. Incentives are based on three consecutive sales or one individual Sale over $15,000 MSRP during the promotion period by

an individual Sales Representative and awarded to the individual Sales Representative

4. The end user may elect to reuse existing hardware. As long as end user hardware meets the Xarios minimum requirements

it shall be permitted but not supported

5. Each Applications Server may support up to 250 clients

6. It is the responsibility of the Sales Representative to submit proof of sale to Xarios which will be matched to the PO in order

to qualify
