Shhhh!

The room next door (5.21) is used for in-department examinations.

We are in the exam period now

If you see signs in the corridor requesting silence it’s because an exam is going on

Please be quiet in the corridor and minimise loud noises in the meeting room (as far as is possible)

Dinner

Dinner will be at a Thai restaurant called Sabai Sabai in Leamington Spa

Sabai Sabai 41-43 Regent St., Leamington Spa CV32 5EE

http://www.sabaisabai.co.uk/

If staying on campus the easiest way to get to leamington is to share ataxi from the taxi rank at the bus centre (see twist below). Otherwise, the U1 bus goes to central leamington (just ask the driver)

Table is reserved for 7:00 pm under my name

Interesting twist : Leamington and the University are in different counties. If you're picked up in one county and dropped off in another, a taxi driver has no obligation to use the meter. Make sure you agree a price with the driver before setting off. Usually the price of a taxi to and from Leamington is on the order of 15-20 pounds.
