The Ergonic® Pump System (EPS) pro-vides optimum control for pumping operations. The Ergonic® Boom Con-trol (EBC) provides, among other things, for the precise, easy control of the end hose. The Ergonic® Graphic Dis-play (EGD) shows the current infor-mation about the machine.

Putzmeister has a comprehensive service network, with qualifi ed ser-vice technicians in over 150 countries all over the world. Tested spare parts are used, even in machines that have been used for 20 years.

Assistance systems for supporting the truck-mounted concrete pump, such as OSS (One-Side Support) ensure great-er safety during operations and take up less space on the construction site. The variable-position telescopic support (on large booms) greatly increases its useful working range. Practical equipment and a comprehen-sive range of accessories, e.g. a power-ful high-pressure cleaner helps with work on the construction site.

A project like this demands a truly re-liable technology: high-quality system components, made by leading manufac-turers to the high Putzmeister quali-ty standards. Extensive tests to which Putzmeister machines are subjected beforehand. Top quality parts reduce wear and increase the service life. Good accessibility, e.g. of cylinders, and functions such as the centralized gauge ports make maintenance and servic-ing easier.

Putzmeister has well-conceived solutions for minimising operating costs: The EPS intelligent pump control system, and components that reduce wear and fuel consumption, such as the HLS core pump or a weight-optimised design. A range of packages through to a full service contract ensure that costs can be readily calculated. Competent advice, planning and training are important for successful projects. The i-Daisy fl eet management system en-sures transparency and keeps costs to a minimum.

Comprehensive machine documentation means that the correct spare part can be located quickly. Fault diagnosis on the machine provides rapid assistance during servicing. Putzmeister truck-mounted concrete pumps are available for diverse applica-tions and feature placing booms with a vertical reach from 20 m to �0 m, deliv-ery rates of up to 200 m3/h and concrete pressures of up to 130 bar. Our pumps have proven to be resilient and reliable workhorses in long-term usage throughout the world. This is based on 50 years of experience in the development of pumps, booms and base structures. Flexibility with a capital F: Transporting, pumping, placing – all with one machine and just one machine operator. This saves time and money.

Since 19��, increasing numbers of cus-tomers have been satisfied with the ad-vantages offered by a PUMI®. It is an ad-dition to the fleet of truck-mixers held by service and customer-oriented suppliers

of ready-mixed concrete and significantly extends the range of jobs they can take on. In particular, it can be operated effi-ciently and quickly in small construc-tion sites up to approximately 20 m3. And wherever there is not much space, it comes into its own due to its narrow set-up dimensions. That is, it can be used on cramped construction sites, in cities and in crowded residential areas.

Autocor® covers systems for the pump-ing and distribution of concrete in pre-cast parts works. Autocor® is particularly useful in works which use pumpable or self-compacting concrete to produce precast parts.

Autocor® solutions can be rail-mounted, mobile or stationary within the factory shed. Autocor® systems can be made up of different combinations of placing booms (1� – 28 m) and concrete pumps (rotor and piston pumps) to suit your re-quirements.

Autocor® system solutions are available as mobile or stationary variants, for filling from top or bottom, by placing boom, rotary distributor or stationary delivery line. Your individual requirements will determine which proven Putzmeister components you will use to make up your Autocor® system.

Telebelt® – the mobile belt distrib-utor for the economic placement of concretes and bulk materials

With its telescopic conveyor belt with a horizontal reach of up to 39 m and output of 2�5 m3/h, the Telebelt® is practically unbeatable, for placing concrete quickly and economically. Suitable for all kinds of bulk materials – e.g. gravel, sand, substrate, soil, and of course, all kinds of concrete – it is the real all-rounder of any construction site. The Telebelt® is used, for example, in dam construction, when infilling in pits and track bedding, or constructing green roofs.

With the Telebelt® TBS 130 as a semi-trailer, the tractor unit is also available for other transport operations, making it even more economical.

Ambitious construction projects are a challenge for all those involved. Compe-tent advice, economic arrangements and capacity planning, general planning and support during the actual concrete pump-ing and placing are therefore critical fac-tors.

The Putzmeister Concrete Project Divi-sion (CPD) mechanical engineers and construction engineers have specialist knowledge of concrete pumping, the pressure and flow behaviour of concrete, and the calculation and configuration of demanding concrete pumping systems. Details of concrete installation quanti-ties, execution and site plans and details of the construction sequence (time sched-ules, site logistics) enable mutually be-neficial, optimised alternative solutions to be developed.

Test in the cold chamber: a BSF 20-4 was operated in the climatic wind tunnel at minus 25 °C. The test clearly showed that Putzmeister pumps can deliver concrete even at this low temperature.
