Pushpam Group with its strong market experience of four decades starts a new beverage

manufacturing unit namely Pushpam Foods & Beverages Pvt. Ltd. at Nandur, Pune.

Pushpam Foods & Beverages Pvt. Ltd. has a first of its kind set-up in India, that offers both carbonated

and non-carbonated beverages packed in aluminium cans and PET bottles. This state-of-art plant is

ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and HACCP certified and is located 40 km from Pune city in Maharashtra State.

This fully automated line has commenced manufacturing of various products from November 2009.

Pushpam offers complete range of services for the market entrants as well as established brand

owners. Pushpam has a strong product development team that can transform your concept of a

beverage to a ready product. The services include new product development, sourcing & complete

product manufacturing.

Key Equipment in the Filling Line

• Fully auto reverse osmosis water plant, In-line Homogenizer, Tunnel Pasteurizer, Tray Packer, CIP system, all production line in product contact is SS 316, All PLC control.

• Rack system is installed for clean and hygienic storage of finished goods.o o• Cold storage facility to store concentrates/ingredients at +4 C to +10 C.
