Purpose of Survey

Effective organisations, whether they are banks, supermarkets, hospitals or girl guide groups, engage and listen to their membership. They do this for a number of reasons including:

• To actively engage their stakeholders and to demonstrate that they are listening to their views

• To get feedback in order to improve their offer/practices
