Assemblare il Carter con sigillante per alte temperature (pasta nera) seguendo il disegno ed utilizzando le viti in dotazione:

A. 1 BRUGOLA 5X12 TESTA TONDA, COVER CAMBIO B. 4 BRUGOLA 5X16 TESTA TONDA, COVER CAMBIO

Assembly the crankcase with black paste for high temperature follow the drawing and using the supplied screws:

The assembly instructions of Pinasco Crankcase are the same as Piaggio manuals ones, the engine components are interchangeable with original ones, except the followings:

• Tightening torque screws M5 8Nm • Tightening torque screws M6 llNm • Tightening torque screws M7 14Nm • Tightening torque screws M8 oil 14Nm • Crankshaft Racing stroke 51mm art. 25081950 • Crankshaft "Slave Competizione" stroke 51mm item 27082000 • Crankshaft "Slave Competizione" stroke 54mm item 27082001 • Crankshaft "Master Double Intake" stroke 51mm item 27082002 • Crankshaft "Master Double Intake" stroke 54mm item 27082003 . Reed Valve Pack 8 reeds item 26381351 (optional x 26482027) • Gear Cover (supplied) • Cut the Pinasco Flytech ignitlon plate following the drawing.

(Cutting Template 1:1 scale) Pinasco products are recommended for assembly.
