Con este programa Playa Nueva Romana Residences, Marina & Golf busca ofrecer al cliente un retorno inmediato sobre la

inversión, de forma tal que se firma un contrato de Gestión de Alquileres entre las partes por 5 años, mediante el cual el

propietario recibe un 60% del beneficio generado por el alquiler de su villa, mientras Playa Nueva Romana recibe el 40%, siempre

contando los meses en que la propiedad haya sido cedida para la renta. En los meses de disfrute del propietario, este tendrá que

encargarse de los gastos de mantenimiento y consumo, en los meses cedidos al programa de rentas, los gastos se descontarán de

los ingresos para el cálculo del beneficio.

Mediante este programa el propietario tiene derecho a disfrutar su propiedad por 2 meses al año y el resto será entregada a

Playa Nueva Romana, que se encargará de la administración de la misma durante las semanas que esté bajo su gestión.

Dependiendo de las condiciones del mercado, el precio y la cantidad de noches a ocupar la villa, la cantidad puede variar, por lo

que no se garantiza un precio fijo de renta o la cantidad de veces que será alquilada, sin embargo, sí garantizamos por contrato

you purchase a villa at the Golf Village, you have the option of signing a contract between the parties for 5 years by which the
