conducted by the students of PIBM under the guidance of domain faculty.

1. 100 sq. It dedicated office space for collaborating industry partner
2. Infrastructure arrangement of work stations and storage cabinets
3. IT support and infrastructure with lease line, I.ANand Wifl connectivity
4. Space and facility for conducting training and LnD activities
5. Space and facility for conducting talent acquisition and talent management activities
6. Access to student pool for live projects and internships
7. Access to faculty pool for conducting sponsored industry research
U. Access to institute's subject matter experts for sponsored MIWs. consulting and
advisory
9. Access to !lloombel'g terminal for conducting secondary sectoral research
10. RnD and innovation support

!loth parties will be required to appoint representatives for smooth tuncuoning, internal
coordmation and running of the rncubauon/represenrauon center.
All mrernal matters will move forward with due agreement of both parties involved. Any
additional resources demanded by the second parry will be considered and provided by the
first party upon negotiation of resource availability and costs involved.
IlIlt II{ rtual Property fUr",tHoth parties will enjoy equal rights to the intellectual property created as a result of the
incubation/representation center activities, unless otherwise determined at the onset of the
activity.
This Agreement will be valid until it is expressly terminated by either Party on mutually
agreed terms, during which period DHFL, the Second Party. as the case may be, will take
f,I effective steps for lmplementatlon of this MOU. Any act on the part of Punc Institution
Business Management or OHFL after termination of this Agreement by way 01
communication, correspondence etc., shall not be construed as an extension of this MOU
Both Parties may terminate this MOll upon 30 calendar days' notice in wnnng. In the event

collahoraung partner from any information and business opportunity loss .

Intellectual Property Rights.Both parties will enjoy equal rights to the intellectual property created as a result of the
incubation/representation center activities. unless otherwise determined at the onset of the
activity.
Validity'This Agreement will be valid until It IS expressly terminated by either Party on mutually
agreed terms, during which period Right Management India, the Second Party, as the case
may be, will take effective steps for implementation of this MOl) Any act on the part of

termination of this Agreement by Wily of cornmunu ation, correspondence erc., shall not
be construed as an extension of this MOll
