Date: April 5, 2016 To: All Bidders From: City of Waukesha Engineering Department 130 Delafield St. Waukesha, WI 53188 Bids Due: Friday, April 15, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. (The Bid Date was revised with Addendum #1.) This addendum is issued to modify, amend the Bid Schedule, Special Provisions, Schedule of Prices and Plan Set for this project and is hereby made a part of the Contract Documents. It is incorporated therein and made a part of those Contract Documents by this Reference. If receipt of the Addendum is not acknowledged by reference to it in Item #3.A. of the Bid Proposal Form, the Bid will be rejected. PLEASE INCLUDE THIS ADDENDUM IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. Special Provisions: The following in the Special Provisions have been revised: River Place Blvd. Pump Station Upgrade SECTION 26 05 00 PART 1 GENERAL 1.01 SECTION INCLUDES B. The System Integrators for the City of Waukesha – River Place Pump Station project shall be preapproved by the Engineer one week prior to the bid opening. The System Integrator shall submit a list of 15 similar projects that have been completed within the last two years with references. Equipment produced by non- approved System Integrators will not be accepted. SECTION 26 32 12.12 PART 2 PRODUCTS 2.01 MANUFACTURERS A. Kohler Power Systems model number 100REZGD, natural gas. B. Cummins N Power meeting the same project requirements C. Additional generators meeting the same project requirements would have to be preapproved by the Engineer a minimum of one week prior to the bid opening. MacArthur Rd.
