The following Pitch Presentation is based on thisPresentation Underlying Message Architecture

My name is Cody. I have a product ideathat I think would disrupt the Table Tennis
Industry.
In order to launch my idea, I need to raisecapital

There are 5 different types of Ping-Pong players. Which type best describes you?
I consider myself to be a ‘Social’ Ping-Pong player.
![Page 4: PUMA Pitch Presentation: Pongle](https://reader034.vdocuments.mx/reader034/viewer/2022042521/558b8bb0d8b42a7d7a8b459f/html5/thumbnails/4.jpg)
The problem is that there is limitedopportunities for casual players to participate in table tennis.
![Page 5: PUMA Pitch Presentation: Pongle](https://reader034.vdocuments.mx/reader034/viewer/2022042521/558b8bb0d8b42a7d7a8b459f/html5/thumbnails/5.jpg)
Clubs & competitions tend to attract Amateurs & Pros…
…but casual players are not motivated by traditional participation models.
![Page 6: PUMA Pitch Presentation: Pongle](https://reader034.vdocuments.mx/reader034/viewer/2022042521/558b8bb0d8b42a7d7a8b459f/html5/thumbnails/6.jpg)
Even if you do have an opportunity to play, its only fun when you play someone
of a similar talent level…
…and new participation models do notachieve significant scale.
![Page 7: PUMA Pitch Presentation: Pongle](https://reader034.vdocuments.mx/reader034/viewer/2022042521/558b8bb0d8b42a7d7a8b459f/html5/thumbnails/7.jpg)
My vision is to create unlimited opportunities to Participate for all casual players.
![Page 8: PUMA Pitch Presentation: Pongle](https://reader034.vdocuments.mx/reader034/viewer/2022042521/558b8bb0d8b42a7d7a8b459f/html5/thumbnails/8.jpg)
Todays software technologies enable the convergence of Social, Mobile & Local. Wherethese 3 overlap is where opportunitiescan be created.
In 2006, the Wii Console broughtthe physical realm (P) into thevirtual (V). As a result, A Wii player can physically play table tennis in a virtual world.
But in 2013, the virtual (V) realm is being
brought into the physical realm (P) thank sto advancements in withhardware technologies.

By combining todays software and hardware technologiesthe first ever ‘player-centric’ participation model is possible.
With a player-centric model, unlimited opportunities for casual players to participateare possible.
![Page 10: PUMA Pitch Presentation: Pongle](https://reader034.vdocuments.mx/reader034/viewer/2022042521/558b8bb0d8b42a7d7a8b459f/html5/thumbnails/10.jpg)
Integrate a smartphonedirectly into the racket.
Hack a Wiicontroller ; useBluetooth to Communicate toa smartphone
Create a small, universally attachabledevice; use Bluetooth to communicateto a smartphone, smart watch or otherBluetooth enabled device.
How do we uniquely package the existing software and hardware Technologies in order to achieve the player-centric model?
![Page 11: PUMA Pitch Presentation: Pongle](https://reader034.vdocuments.mx/reader034/viewer/2022042521/558b8bb0d8b42a7d7a8b459f/html5/thumbnails/11.jpg)
Being able to discover others of equal skillis critical to creating unlimited opportunities to participate.
Establishing a ranking allows skill to be measured; keeping score enables a ranking.
If we just made an app, trying toplay while entering scoring info into the phone
would be disruptive to the game.#friction
With a small, universally attachabledevice the game can take place without
interruption.#LittleToNoFriction

I call my product idea, the Pongle. Because, like a dongle, the Pongle adds functionality to the object it attaches to, in this case the racket.
My state will give me a $50,000 prototyping grant if I can raise $103,000 from an investor.
I have $12,000 to invest.
In order to get this product offthe ground, I need money:
![Page 13: PUMA Pitch Presentation: Pongle](https://reader034.vdocuments.mx/reader034/viewer/2022042521/558b8bb0d8b42a7d7a8b459f/html5/thumbnails/13.jpg)
Oh by the way, the Pongle will also help:
Social Table Tennis Clubs… …enhance patron experience
National Governing Bodies… …increase participation pool, enhance retention& close the gap between casual and formal players.
Brand owners… …deliver highly targeted advertising messages

I am prepared to accept investment dollars:
I have established an entity:Web of Things Co.
My legal team drafted thecompany by-laws to be
partial to outside investment.
