Terms & Conditions Billing Instruction & Payment Method • Pro-forma invoice will be sent to Client after the signed agreement is received by Hotel. • Payment may be made via cash, bank transfer, or credit card. • Any additional charge during the event will be settled before the departure of Client from the

hotel. • Hotel reserves the right to decline credit facility application at any time for any reason. • The contract signatory is personally liable to pay all expenses to Hotel in accordance to the

agreement. Albeit the invoice is addressed to another person and/or entity, personal liability for full payment remains as the contract signatory’s responsibility.

• 50% payment as deposit should be settled within 1 week upon signing the agreement, in order to secure rooms & function space blocking. All deposit payment is non-refundable.

• Balance of payment should be settled by the latest 2 weeks prior to the event.

Cancellation • In case of cancellation, a written notice should be received by Hotel at the latest 90 days prior

to the event date. Please note that your deposit payment is non-refundable. • If the cancellation is made in less than 90 days prior to the event, 100% cancellation fee will

apply.

Reduction • Minimum guaranteed payment is valid for all wedding packages available. • Reduction request made within 60 to 30 days prior to the event is allowed with a maximum

1% reduction of the total payment. • Reduction request made in less than 30 days prior to the event is subjected to 100% payment.

Disclaimer Hotel cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of Client’s goods and properties left in the hotel prior, during and after the event. Client is recommended to organize own insurance and/or security. All Client’s goods and properties should be removed from the hotel area within

Force Majeure If, for any reason beyond its control, but not limited to strike, labor dispute, accident, act of war, natural disaster, weather conditions and other emergency circumstances, Hotel is unable to perform its obligations under this agreement, Hotel will return Client’s deposit with no further liability in accordance to the event and/or any consequential damages occurred.
