Pulled String Art

What You Need:

• Paper

• Paint ( you can make your own using equal parts flour,

water and salt and a few drops of food colouring)

• Heavy books

• String or wool

How It Works:

• Soak the string/wool in paint leaving a dry end (this is

what you will pull!)

• Place two pieces of paper between the pages of a heavy

book (or similar)

• Swirl your painted string onto the paper with the dry ends

sticking out

• Close the book, hold firm and pull the strings!

• Open the book and admire you artwork
