2. The matter of seniority and other consequential

benefits in respect of aforesaid officer in his parent

department may be decided in compliance of Review

Petition No.193/2013 in Criminal Original Petition

No.89/2011 titled Ali Azhar Baloch versus Chief Secretary

Government of Sindh reported as 2015 SCMR 456.

Para-160 of the said judgment is as under:-

repatriated to their parent departments shall be

entitled to salaries and other benefits from

the date they were relieved to join their

parent departments. Their seniority shall be

2. The above mentioned officers are transferred to

West Zone for cumulative period of 183 days (06 months

excluding training, leave, absence period). Upon completion

of prescribed posting period and displaying satisfactory

performance, these officers will be eligible for transfer to

their previous posting zones.

the direction to report at West Zone within actual permissible
