Publish to EPS

You can publish content to the web by creating a link through EPS, using Alfresco's newPublish function. 1    In the Document Library, hover your mouse of the content item that you would like topublish, then:

a   Click the More... menub   Select the Publish option.

NOTE Refresh your browser if the queued icon seems to be taking too long.

3    When your selected item has been published and the link is ready, a check mark   willappear next to the item.

4    To retrieve the link, hover your mouse over the published item, then click the EditProperties menu option.

5    The Edit Properties dialog box appears. The link to publish the item is found in thePublication URL: field. You can now copy and paste the link in the desired web publishingapplication.
