IN-HOUSE MARKETING
We feel that these fairs are a wonderful opportunity for students to learn about their post-graduate options, and want as many students as possible to participate.
Targeted promotion of these fairs is of the utmost importance for increasing attendance.
NACAC produces several promotional materials to market the fairs including:
• Posters
• Newsletters
• Locators
• Save the Date Postcards
NCF POSTERS
We are pleased to announce the new NCF Poster design for Fall 2014!
• The NCF posters are created regionally.
• The posters are sent to high school’s along with the newsletter six weeks before the fair.
NCF NEWSLETTERS
• The Fall 2014 newsletter will have a new style to compliment the new poster.
• We send 10 newsletters and two posters to each high school.
• The list of colleges attending is available online.
IN-HOUSE LOCATORS AND NEWSPAPERS
• As frequently as possible, local newspapers create the NCF locator. Otherwise, we create the locator in-house.
• The locator includes a list of all institutions that will be attending, workshops, and the floor plan for the fairs.
SAVE THE DATE POSTCARDS
• NCF save the date postcards can be created and mailed out by request of the chair.
PUBLICATIONS IN SPANISH AND CHINESE
• In an effort to reach out to Hispanic populations, our promotional materials are available in Spanish! Printed copies of the poster and newsletter are available by request of the chair.
• Chairs can request newsletters be translated into Chinese as well.
