Also workmen were requested to make aware their other colleague about the services of welfare desk so that this services can reach to all work-men. Awareness was also raised on the toll free number for complaint and suggestion .

The meeting of grievance cell was organized on 29th December 2011 where 14 cases were registered from the part of employee. Mr. Jafer Ali and Mr. Mo-hammed Ali , both HR executive attended the meet-ing .The meeting was organized by Soukat K Bhat-tacherjee, Welfare executive, of the division. Among the 14 cases most of the cases were non receipt of salary of first month after joining the company. These cases were referred to HR executives for fol-low up.
