Participatory research is used to identity the problems during lifting luggage. SkyBus’ environment is simulated through making the mock-up. The lifting posture is recorded and analysed. It is used to find out how to lift the luggage properly.

- Excess baggage will be carried on the basis of space availability.

- SkyBus shall not be liable for any loss, damage or delay to luggage carried.

- No pets can be carried on board.

- Bikes can be carried on-board if dismantled and secured in a box.

analysis for situation 2

1. The bottom is helpful to lift luggage, however, it still need to extend arm to grab the handle

Lifting oversized luggage from knee height to waist height needs extra support, such as using knee to hold luggage.

Although there is enough handle, it does not fit the distance of extended arm.

Lifting it above shoulder height is considered as risk of back muscle strain.
