Public Tender Opening

Following the launch of the public tender No. RSP/2013/OT/W6 and publication of Invitation for

tenders, 40 companies have expressed their interest to participate by completing the standard

registration form.

Evaluation Committee started today, July 31, 2014, at 1015

, at S.E. "State Road Administration”, the

opening of tenders, which were submitted before the deadline of July 31, 2014, at 1000

.

The secretary of the Evaluation Committee, presented the members of the Evaluation Committee, specified the tender’s purpose and mentioned that the

tender procedure is carried out in accordance with the Procurement Policies and Rules of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)

for the open tender procedure.

By the submission of tenders, the companies interested in the tender addressed clarifying questions regarding the tender documents. SRA responded to

these clarifications, publishing on the website of SE "State Road Administration" www.asd.md and issuing to interested tenderers.

Opening of the Tenders

The contracting authority’s representatives opened the tenders submitted by the deadline July 31, 2014,1000

a.m., in the presence of the Evaluation

Committee members, invitees and tenderer’s representatives, in the order in which they were received and registered. To each received packet has been

assigned a number sequentially in order of tenders receipt.

Modifications and withdraw of tenders before opening have not been registered.

The Tender Opening Checklists, containing such information as the tenders prices, offered discounts, Tender Securities, etc., are filled in and thereafter

signed both by the contracting authority’s representative and the tenderers’ representatives (refer to the Annexes no. 1&4). The presence of tenderers’

representatives is also recorded in a separate register of attendance signed by them (Annex no.3).

Prices of tenders received by the deadline, the offered discounts and the presence or absence of the Tender Security are indicated in the table below:
