Conclusions Citizens expect the same level of on-line

service from government as they get in the private sector – focus on the individual.

CIOs need to release more resources (in times of fiscal pressure) to front line service delivery that meets these expectations.

Open government data and cloud computing deliver real value for Public Service 2.0, and are also options to create more capacity for service delivery.
