Support for hierarchies enable process operators to gain visibility across business objects that are part of the end to end

process. Business objects can have a parent-child or 1:n or n:m or 1:1 relationship.

The prime goal is to track the progress of a process that spans across business objects that have a relationship.

For example, process operators gain real-time visibility on purchase requests and associated request for proposals.

Search, drag and drop of message flows from SAP PI onto the business scenario where message flow is the only participant or one of the

participants of the end to end process and map it to the replicated.
