Agenda application for economic operators


e-tenders and e-evaluation

E-submission and e-evaluation are allowed only in the goodsprocurement where open procedure is applied and call-off stages offramework agreements.

When a contracting authority decides to use e-submission and e-evaluation, paper based tenders are not allowed.

E-tenders are prepared and submitted on the EPPP using e-signatures.They are encrypted after submission and stored confidentially untilthe tender opening time.

The results of the procurement of goods, services andworks are published in the Public ProcurementBulletin.

Notification of contract awards include tenderinformation, estimated cost, number of tenders, thedate and amount of the contract, the name of thecontractor.
