7:00 P.M. at the Castaic Union School District Office, 28131 Livingston Avenue Valencia, CA

91355 concerning the following proposed development:

Project: The Hidden Valley of Tapia Ranch

Current Zoning: Single-Family Residential (R-1)

Site Location: Tapia Ranch is located at the end of Tapia Canyon Road approximately

one and a half miles east of Tapia Canyon Road off the Parker Road exit of the I-5

Freeway.

Description: Tapia Ranch is a 405 lot-single-family residential housing development with

a new community park, a network of multi-use trails, a new collector road, new soccer

fields, a new regional trail connection to the Castaic Sports Complex, a new all -weather

bridge crossing and abundant permanent open space on a 1,167 acre site in a master

planned community within the Castaic area north of Los Angeles County.

All persons having an interest in these matters are invited to attend and make their views
