Elements of Successful SRTS NI Programs from ATP Cycle 1

Interventions at Multiple Schools/Clusters. Partnerships/Coordination with Engineering,

Enforcement, & Health Agencies. Community engagement in projects, prioritization,

and implementation. Served disadvantaged communities. Built off prior planning and data collection. Sustainability strategies utilized (e.g.training-the-

trainer models, ATP ‘Ambassador’ programs). Clear pre- and post-data collection included in

proposed work. Safe walking and bicycling are both promoted.
