FOR HOUSING WELFARE

Provides housing welfare for Kuwaiti families

Established by Law 47 of 1993

PAHW is established as a continuation many govt.

departments in Kuwait’s housing policy that started

from 1950’s.

PAHW plans and constructs new cities and towns.

PAHW delivers housing units for the Kuwaiti

citizens depending on application date.

PAHW pays rent subsidies 150 per family

PAHW follows 5 year plans

PAHW first plan started 1974

PAHW have constructed over 100,000 housing unites,

and thousands of public buildings

Total projects cost approximate 20 billion $
