1. References: a. Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 10591;b. Letter Request from National Power Corporation signed by Mr. Quintin V. Gorospe III re: Permit to Transport Firearm and Ammunitions.
2. In connection with the above reference, attached herewith are the pertinent documents regarding the request of Mr. Quintin V. Gorospe III, Plant Superintendent Power Barge 114, situated at Brgy. Manhac, Looc, Romblon, National Power Corporation (NPC) to Transport Firearm and Ammunitions from province of Romblon to the Office of LINKERS SECURITY AGENCY, located at 142C, Mary Grace Bldg., Mac Arthur Highway, Potrero, Malabon City on October 28, 2014 for turn-in purposes. 3. The contract to NPC installation of said security agency has expired last June 15, 2014. The firearm described below will be transported by SG GIL S.
