PTM Booking User Guide for Parents
Section 1: Parent’s Login via the App
Steps:
1. Download the Asknlearn App from iTunes or Play Store
Scan the QR Code below to download the apps.
iOS Users: Android Users:
2. Launch the app. When the screens come on, key in the details as follows in the red checkboxes.
a) The first page will show “Organization”.
Key in school name WOODGROVE
SECONDARY SCHOOL
b) When you are keying the school name, a
dropdown list with possible school names
will appear. Select WOODGROVE
SECONDARY SCHOOL

3. After selecting the school, key in the following details.
User ID: Your Child’s LMS Userid (WGSS + last 5 characters of NRIC/FIN No E.g WGSS1234A)
Password: parents
Android Interface: iOS Interface:

4. Once you have logged in, kindly fill in the mandatory information (first time registration only) to register
before you tap “Submit.”
5. Click on the “Back” button to login to the Parents’ Portal using your new password.

Section 2: Booking for Parent Teacher Meeting / Mass Parent Session (MPS)
How to Make Booking via Mobile App?
1. Click on “Tools”.
2. Click on “Consultation”.
3. Select either “2019 Sec 1 to 3
PTM” or “Mass Parent Session
(MPS)”
4. Select the checkbox beside the desired time slot and then click on “Schedule Appointment”
button.

5. Click on “Confirm Appointment(s)” button to confirm booking.
How to Cancel Booking via Mobile App?
1. Click on “Tools” then “Consultation”. Click on “X” beside the booked time slot to cancel booking.

How to Make Booking via Website?
1. Go to http://lms.asknlearn.com/woodgrove_ss. Click on “Login as Parents”.
2. Click on “Tools” then “Consultation”.
5a. To book “2019 Sec 1 to 3 PTM”, follow the steps highlighted in the red checkboxes below to
make booking:

5b. To book “Mass Parent Session (MPS)”, follow the steps highlighted in the red checkboxes below

How to Cancel Booking via Website?
1. Click on “X” beside the booked time slot to cancel booking.

Section 4: Not Attending (available via website only)
1. To indicate that you are not able to attend PTM or MPS, please click on “I will not be attending this
consultation” and enter the reason for not attending.
2. Click on “Submit” to complete submission.
(Note : You would need to do the same steps for Mass Parent Session (MPS) if you are not
attending)
