Attentive Service

The rare chance to unplug and unwind from day-to-day modern life without the technological distractions of phones, TV and internet in the accommodations is a value PSV and our repeat guests hold dear.

For room service, island transportation, or to simply be left alone to take a nap, the island’s signature driftwood flagpole system is a simple way to communicate with the staff. Raise a red flag for “do not disturb” and the yellow one for service.

PSV has a staff-to-guest ratio of more than 2:1, ensuring that guests receive personalized, efficient service.

The Beach Restaurant

The Beach Restaurant is a casual dining experience where one can sit with toes in the sand while sipping tropical drinks or chilled wines under the shade of a grass thatched roof flanked by almond trees and swaying palms.

Mediterranean-style salads and a selection of tasty Caribbean tapas inspired by the ocean utilize fresh, local ingredients. For those craving a little comfort food, try a crispy pizza from the on-site clay pizza oven or one of our juicy Black Angus beef burgers.

Weekly beach BBQs treat guests to a plethora of gourmet delights. Ease into the evening and soak in the dramatic colors as the sun sets over the horizon, while listening to the harmonious beat of our traditional West Indian steel pan band.
