2016Appeal for Review of PSLE Results
• All appeals must be made through the Principal of
FMS(P).
• An appeal fee of S$53.50 per subject (inclusive of
GST) will be charged.
• All appeal forms must be submitted to the school by
5 pm, 29 Nov 2016 (Tuesday).
• Outcomes of the appeals will be released by SEAB
through the school by 14 Dec 2016 (Wednesday).
