Dear PSG CAS Alumni,

Greetings of Prosperity !

This October is special since the country is celebrat-ing the 150th birth anniversary of the father of our nation Sri.M.K.Gandhi. Gandhiji stood for Ahimsa, non violence and reliance on swadeshi products. His preachings are more valid today when our country faces problems in balance of payment due to high imports.

Coming to the activities of our Alumni, the following get-togethers were organized:

B.Sc. and M.Sc. Computer Science batch 1986–90, 1981-84 batches, B.Sc. Statistics batch 1993-96 in the month of July, and in the month of August, we had the Alumni re-union of 1990-93 batches where 453 Alumni members gathered in the PSG CAS Recall. Then we had 1990-93 B.Sc. Zoology batch, 2004-2007 B.A. Sociology batch and 1983-86 B.A. Economics batch re-union.

PSG Arts Alumni Association celebrated the Teachers’ Day in a fitting manner on 5th September 2018 with Shri.P.Manikandan as the Guest Speaker.

On 15th December 2018, we propose to conduct Crazy Mohan Drama and request all the Alumni to come and enjoy the hilarious drama.

Wishing all the members a Very Happy, Prosperous and Safe Deepawali.

With warm regards,
