Handyman Preventative Maintenance Program:

Implementation - Project Management

The EDC Team will sit down with your organization and discuss the entire Audit Report and associated findings.

Following a detailed review of the recommended programs, the Client will select which ECM’s to perform and our Project Management team will immediately begin

procuring the necessary materials and labor required for the program. Each plan is formulated with existing facility

operations in mind and is developed with the client in order to eliminate any inconveniences that could occur during the

implementation process.

Financing

For every project, our Team will prepare a multi-year cash flow scenario which shows how any organization can implement small or large scale energy conservation programs without a single dollar spent and cash

flow positive from day one. We look at it as a “Diversion of the Existing Monthly Spend,” meaning that instead of giving the utility companies

their typical monthly due we will help implement a plan that reduces overhead costs through conservation. This conservation will divert a percentage of those costs toward a monthly finance term and become

cash positive. The end result becomes a reduction in monthly costs, which helps meet budget requirements, new

facility upgrades and helping the environment as an added bonus.
