• Es un ensamble expuesto, permanente, donde se realiza una ranura a cada pieza y se ensambla encajando, en las ranuras, una lámina de madera del grosor de dicha ranura.

Wood plugs assembly
• It is an invisible assembly because is inside of the pieces.
• You have to drill some holes in each piece of wood to introduce the wood plugs in one of the wood pieces and then assemble the other one.

Ensamble con taquetes
• Se realiza haciendo barrenos con un taladro en ambas piezas e introduciendo taquetes o tacos para ensamblar.
• Es un ensamble interno (invisible).
• Sirven para la fabricación de bastidores, puede sustituir el ensamble de caja y espiga.

Present the pieces and mark the superior face.
Measure from the top searching the middle point and draw a guide line.
Over the guide line measure 2cms and make a mark, there goes the first plug. Then measure 1cm and make a mark for the
second plug.Do it for both pieces.

Presentar las piezas y señalar la cara superior.
Medir de la cara superior hacia abajo buscando la mitad (para cada pieza), trazar
una línea guía.Sobre la línea guía medir 2cms y hacer la marca para el primer taquete. Después a
1cm hacer la siguente marca.Repetir la acción en la otra pieza.

Rectificado de piezas, presentación y routeo para vidrio. Cortar y pegar primer esquina con lengüeta. Propuesta de diseño.

Ensamble interno permanente con taquetes (segunda esquina): medición, rectificado y pegado.
Taquetes de madera de 1/4”, pegamento blanco, lijas.
Martes 18 de marzo
Instalación de minifix y presentación de acabados de madera.
Minifix, lijas, tinte, sellador, pintura en aerosol, etc.
Del 21 de marzo al 3 de abril
Acabados superficiales de madera y mandar a hacer el vidrio o pieza que se instalará en el routeo.
