SPANISHASSOCIATIONOFADVERTISINGPRODUCERS(APCP)
The aim of this Protocol is to foster the economic recovery of the advertising film industry, whilstprotecting the workers and supporting public health in order to contribute and adapt to the currentsituation.
This action plan abides to all regulations included in the editions of the Spanish Official Gazettepublishedsincethe14thMarch2020todateandtheguidelinesissuedbytheCompetentAuthorityandthedelegatedCompetentAuthorities.
Since then,aprocessofgradual reductionof theextraordinarymeasuresestablishedby thePlan forthetransitionforgettingbacktonormalitywasinitiateduntiltheendofthestateofalarmwhichendedat00:00hoursonJune21st2020.Sincethen,eachAutonomousregionofSpainisresponsible,togetherwiththe General State Administration and the local entities, in accordancewith health and epidemiologicalcriteria, for monitoring, inspecting and implementing the correct compliance with the establishedmeasures.
Due to the special nature and characteristics of the current situation created by the Covid-19pandemic, which is having an impact on all aspects of life and society both in Spain and abroad,informationisconstantlychanging.Therefore,theAPCPProtocolwillbeupdatedandadaptedtoanynewregulationthatcomesintoforce.
AnycommercialshootcarriedoutbytheAPCPproducersfromnowonandwhilstthespecialmeasuresissued by the government are in force,must abide to the framework of actions and recommendationsincludedinthisAPCPProtocol,thusguaranteeingthatallworkersoperateunderasafeactionplan.
Therefore, thebudgetsof theprojectscarriedoutbyAPCPproducerswillbecalculatedaccordingtotheprovisionsintheversionoftheProtocolinforceonthesamedate,inodertoguaranteethatallactionsandtimelinesaredulyupdatedandapplicable.
Thisprotocolcomplements,butdoesnotreplace,theORPguidelinesandthecoronaviruspreventionregulationsthateachproducermayapplyinitsowncompany,workplaceandwithitsownstaff.
AtAPCPwerealizedthatweneededanindependentandreputedconsultanttoperiodicallycheckthatallthememberproductioncompaniescomplywiththelegalrequirementsandthequalitystandardsthatwewanttooffertoourclients,bothinSpainandabroad.
The result was the creation of the APCP quality hallmark, verified by the SpanishAssociation forStandardization and Certification (AENOR). This seal guarantees that all the producers that are APCPmembers complywith the legal requirements and quality standards that all themembers unanimouslyapprovedbackin2014.
Followingthatprinciple,thisActionProtocolwillalsobereviewedbyAENORanditwillbeintegratedintheTechnicalSpecificationsoftheAPCP/AENORGuarantee.
Responsiblebehaviouroftheemployersandthecrewisthebestmethodtocontrolthespreadofthevirus and put an end to this exceptional situation. Likewise, it is the responsibility of all the companiesinvolved (production companies, agenciesandadvertisers) to complywithall themeasures indicated inthisprotocol.

Background
Coronavirusesarea largefamilyofvirusesthatusuallyonlyaffectsanimals.Someofthem,however,
canbetransmittedfromanimalstohumans.ThenewcoronavirusiscalledSARS-CoV-2.ThediseasecausedbytheSARS-CoV-2virusiscalledCOVID-
19.Itsincubationperiodrangesfrom2to14days.It is transmitted if there is contact with infected animals and/or with the respiratory secretions
generated by the cough or sneeze of a person carrying the virus. These secretions can infect anotherpersoniftheyreachtheirnose,eyesormouth.
Themostcommonsymptomsarefever,coughing,sneezingandshortnessofbreath.Toalesserextent,
otherdigestivesymptomssuchasdiarrhoeaandabdominalpainhavealsobeenassociatedtocoronavirus.Additionally, therearealsoasymptomaticpatients, i.e.peoplewhodonotpresent themostobvious
symptomsbutmaystillbeinfected.Thereisstrongscientificevidencestatingthatasymptomaticcarrierscan transmit the virus. Therefore, prevention and protection measures must be strictly applied to thepopulationatlarge.
Itisrecommendedtoavoidthathigh-riskworkers(duetotheirpersonalcharacteristics,knownhealth
status,previouspathologies,medication,immunedisordersorpregnancy)areexposedtothevirus.

Chapter1–GeneralMeasures
Companies shall ensure that theirworkers areduly informedabout the recommendations issuedbytheMinistryofHealthandtheWorldHealthOrganizationregardinghygieneprecautions.
At this time,specialattentionshouldbepaid to theneedtominimize therisks inplaceswithahigh
potentialforcontagion,suchasenclosedandpublicplaceswherethereisalargeconcentrationofpeople,andtoensurethecommitmentoftheentirepopulationintheimplementationofthemeasuresadoptedinordertocontinueprotectingtherighttolife,physicalintegrityandhealthofindividuals.
Theendofthestateofemergencyentailsfreedomofmovementwithinthenationalterritory.This is
thepreconditionforallowingentryfromtherestoftheSchengenarea.Theuseoffacemaskiscompulsoryonpublicroads,inopenspacesandinanyclosedspaceforpublic
useoropentothepublic,providedthatitisnotpossibletomaintainaninterpersonalsafetydistanceofatleast1.5meters.
Allworkers shouldbe informed that if theyhaveany symptomsassociatedwithCOVID-19or if theysuspect they may have them on a day in which they should go to work, they should report it to thecompanyandremaininquarantineathome,withoutgoingtotheirworkplace.
IntheeventthattheworkerisalreadyattheworkplaceandshowssymptomsassociatedwithCOVID-
19,he/shewillbereferredtothehealthservicespromptlyandefficiently,takingallnecessaryprecautionsto protect their safety and public health. If medical care is not available, the worker will be placed inquarantineuntilthehealthauthorityissuesfurtherinstructions.
Iftheworker’stemperatureisover37.5°Candtherearenewsymptoms,itisrecommendedtocontact
thehealthcareservicesagainandreportthesituationsothattheycandeterminehowtoproceed. IftheworkerdoesnotreceiveaPOSITIVECOVIDdiagnosis,his/heraccompanyingpersonsmaycontinuetoleadanormallife,accordingtothecurrentprotocol,takingextremehygieneprecautions.
Thehealthcareserviceswillassesstheworkers’healthdataandsubsequentlyissueindividualmedical
recommendationsforthoseworkerswhohavesharedtasks,especiallyforthosewithpathologiesthatareparticularlysensitivetothecoronavirus.
Accesstotheworkplaceisnotallowedtoanyonewhodoesnotworktherenortoemployeeswhoare
notessentialtotheorganisationandfeasibilityoftheproject. The production company will inform all workers when they join the project of the name of their
insurancecompany.In the event that thework takes place in several locations,workerswill be informedwhich are the
nearesthospitalswithanemergencyserviceandtheirinsurancecompany.
Eachproductioncompanywillestablish theirownoccupational riskpreventionplan,adding to it theCOVID-19riskassessmentmodelandwillinformalltheworkersaboutitbeforejoiningtheirjob.
Companies and suppliersworking in productionmust have their own risk assessment,whichwill be
preparedbytheOccupationalRiskPreventionServiceofeachcompanyorqualifiedtechnician.Likewise,theymust provide theirworkers and technicianswith the recommended individual protectionmaterial(PPE)tocarryouttheirwork.
Itwill be necessary to allocate a greater amount of time and resources for the logistical limitations
arising from the situation. On the other hand, there will be no rush and all the time needed will beallocatedinallphasesofproductiontocomplywithallpreventivemeasuresthatsafeguardthesafetyofworkers.

EverypersonwhoattendsthefilmshootmustsignaWorkplaceAccessDocumentindicatingthattheyhavenotbeendiagnosedpositiveinCOVID-19includingthattheyhavenotpresentedsymptomsinthelast14days.Thisstatementmustinformiftheirhabitualresidenceisinquarantine,addingwhichmeansof transport they have used to get theworkplace and if they have traveledor not in the last 14 daysoutsidethenationalterritoryandifso,towhichcountries.
DuetotheMobilityTransitionPlanpublishedonApril28th,andthefour-phaseplanforthetransition
back to normality established by the Government, it is very important that each company takes intoaccountthephasechangeaccordingtotheprovincethattheyarein.
Regarding the Tests: The Order of the Ministry of Health from April 13th, 2020 restricted the
performanceofteststodetectCOVID-19toprivatelaboratoriesexclusivelyinthosecasesinwhichthereisa previous optional prescription that is adjusted to the criteria established by the competent healthauthority. In addition, the Ministry of Health dated on April 28th at the "action plan of transition forgetting back to normality " quotes: "Possible solutions to effectively dealwith the disease, such as thevaccine,treatmentorhighimmunizationofthesociety,arenotavailabletoday,noraretheyexpectedtobeinthecomingmonths.”
Anysolutioninthefuturerelatedtopreventionorinformationaboutthehealthstatusoftheworker,
beyondthoserecommendedbytheMinistryofHealth,isadecisionfortheproductioncompaniestotakeoncetheyareabletocarrythemout.(Aslongastheuseofthisinformationand/orpreventiondoesnotviolatetherightsofworkerscurrentlyprotectedinthestatuteofworkers,civilcode,theConstitutionorinanyothercurrentregulations).
Intermsofaudiovisualproduction,statesthatfilmcrewwillbereducedtotheessentialnumberof
people.
1.1.–GeneralMeasuresforRemoteWorking,Health&Safety1.1.1-RemoteWorking
Inordertopreventtransmissionandminimizerisks, remoteworking isrecommendedwhenpossible
duringpre-productionandpost-production.
Themainpreventiveguidelinesforremoteworkingare:• Todesigntheworkplaceusingergonomicprinciples.• Tominimizevisualfatigueprovidinggoodlighting.• It is advisable to schedule a programme ofmeetings, including staff who is doing remote
workandtherestofthecompanyinordertokeepthemuptodatewithallissuesrelatedtotheirjobandthecompany,andtopromoteasenseofbelongingtotheorganisation.
• To try and differentiate the family setting and thework environment, being as flexible aspossiblewiththeworkinghours.
• Totake10-15-minutebreakseverytwohoursofworktoreducephysicalandmentalfatigue.• Toadopthealthylifestylehabits.
In the case of the following high-risk profile, pursuant to the Ministry of Health classification, it is
recommendedthattheyshouldoptdirectlyforremoteworking:● Peopleover60yearsofage.● Peoplewithcardiovasculardiseasesandhighbloodpressure.● Peoplewithchroniclungdiseases,diabetesandimmunosuppression.● Peoplewithcancer.● Pregnantwomen.
If,duetojustifiedreasons,theirworkcannotbecarriedoutfromhome,theworkersmustcomplywith
theoccupationalriskpreventionmeasuresthatareavailableatcorporatelevelandindividually.

1.1.2–HealthandSafety
Workers/Individualprotection
Thegeneral individualprotectionguidelines recommendedby theWHOand theSpanishMinistryofHealthinclude:
● Regularhandhygiene(washingwithsoapandwateroranyapprovedalcohol-basedsolutions)● Whencoughingorsneezing,coveryourmouthandnosewithyourbentelbow.● Usedisposabletissuesanddiscardthemafteruse.● Thesafetydistancebetweenpeopleshouldbeapproximately1,5meters.● Avoidtouchingyoureyes,noseandmouth,ashandsmaketransmissioneasier.● All workers and staff involved in the productionmust use the personal protective equipment
(PPE)whichconsistsof:maskandhydroalcoholicgel.Thehandingoutofallprotectiveequipmentwillberecordedatalltimesinordertokeepatraceabilitysystemforeachworkers’PPEkit.
● Insomespecificcases,otheritemsmayalsobeused(suchasgloves,faceshields,goggles,shoecovers,etc.)aswellastheelementsrecommendedbytheoccupationalriskpreventionservice.
● Avoidsharing:tools,mobiles,computers,pens,walkies.UrbanMobility
● It is recommended to use the worker's private vehicle, whenever possible. When transportpeopleinvehicleswithuptonineseatsincludingthedriver,twopeoplemaymoveineachrowofseats,providedthattheyusefacemaskandrespectthemaximumpossibledistancebetweentheoccupants.However, theseregulationsmaychangedependingontheAutonomousCommunity,so it is recommended to confer with them about the current situation. In the event that theoccupantsofthevehiclearecohabitants,allavailableseatsmaybeused.
● In the case of using public transport, as well as trains and buses, all available seats may beoccupied,andanattemptshouldbemadetomaintainasafedistance fromothersatall times.Rememberthattheuseofafacemaskiscompulsoryonpublictransport.
● In the case of private taxi and transport vehiclewith driver, to know themaximum capacitiesallowedper rowyoushould refer to the regulations in force in thecorrespondingAutonomousCommunity. It in addition to the national general regulations for the safety urban mobility inregardtoCovid-19.
• Themobilitywithinaprovinceandbetweenprovincesit’spermitted.• Recommendations shallbeestablished toensure thatgetting toand fromworkand location is
carriedoutwiththeleastpossibleriskandworkersshallbeinformedofthemeansoftransportavailabletobeusedineachsituation.
Workplace
• The maximum capacity of the workplace must be calculated in compliance with the socialdistancingrequirements.
• If when applying the usual shifts, the location is not large enough to comply with the socialdistancingrequirements, thecompanymuststaggertheshootingscheduleasmuchaspossible,evenresortingtoreassigningtasksand/orteleworking.
• Approvedalcohol-basedhandsanitizersshouldbeprovidedattheentrancetotheworkplacesothatpeoplecanwashtheirhandswhenarrivingandleavingthepremises.
• Toiletswill be available to be used for regular hand hygiene (washingwith soap andwater orapprovedalcohol-basedsanitizer).
• Disinfectionofthefacilitiesfollowingtheprocedurerecommendedbytheauthorities.Allsurfacesthat are frequently touched, such as tables, chairs, door knobs, bathroom and toilet surfaces,taps,keyboards,telephones,etc.,mustbecleanedwithdisposablematerialsanddisinfecteddailywithadomesticdisinfectantsolutioncontainingbleachatadilutionof1:50(2partsbleachand98partswater),preparedonthesameday.Asanalternativetobleach,a70%alcoholsolutionisalsorecommended.

• Disposablecutlery,glasses,platesandotherutensilsshouldbeused.Ifpossible,allthematerial
shouldbeorganic. If reusablecutlery,glassesandplatesareused, theyshouldbewashedwithhotwaterandsoap,preferablyinthedishwasheratmorethan60°C.
• It isrecommendedtodisplaysignageandposterstoinformallmembersofthefilmcrewofthehygieneproceduresissuedbythehealthauthorities.
• Ifnecessary,physicalprotectionbarriersshouldbeestablished.• In the workplace has windows that can be opened, guidelines will be established tomaintain
appropriate ventilation and air renewal. In workplaces without natural ventilation (closedbuildings),theair-conditioningsystemwillbeadjustedtoincreasethehourlyairrenewalrateorthe percentage of fresh air added, in order to avoid air recirculation asmuch as possible. Therecommendedroomtemperaturerangesfrom23to26°C.
• Theworkplacemust have hygienicwaste containersmarkedwith labels for this purpose,withfootoperatedlidsfortheremovalofprotectiveequipmentanditsdisposal.
• Large amounts of waste will be generated that cannot be recycled. In this sense, as far aspossible,weask that compostableor biodegradable consumables are acquired to facilitate themanagementofthiswaste.
• It isnecessarytocontinue incorporating intoourdaily routineallmeasuresthathelptoreducethese three main important factors: transportation, energy consumption and waste disposal.(whilst not endangering health, jeopardizing the preventive measures of this protocol or thehealthregulations.Whilstthereareseveralmeasuresthatmaymakethisdifficulttocomplywith,environment-friendlyoptionsshouldbechosenwheneverpossible.
• Likewise,prioritywillbegiventotheonlinedistributionanddigitalsigningoffilmingdocuments,aswellasencouragingthatprintedinformationshouldonlybeforindividualuse.
Chapter2-Pre-ProductionWe recommend that all the pre-production work in each department is be done online and with
remotework,exceptforthefollowingcasesinherenttoouractivity.
2.1-Casting
Auditionsarerecommendedtobecarriedoutonlinefollowingoneof2differentoptions:A first optionwould be using a self-tape (a video self-recorded by the talent at home following the
indicationsofthecastingdirector).Afterviewingthem,thecastingdirectortogetherwiththedirectorandtheproductioncompany,willmakethepreliminaryselection. Incaseofdoubtor if the talenthas toberedirected,thesecondoptioncouldbeanadditionaltool.
Inasecondoption, thecastingdirectorwill scheduleavideocallswitheachtalent,usingoneof the
applicationsthatcanalsoallowrecordingitinHD.When a casting takes place in a studio, the studio must comply with the general prevention and
hygienemeasuresagainstCOVID-19 indicatedbythehealthauthoritiesandmustpresentanactionplanandmeasuresendorsedbyyourORPcompany.
2.2-Locationscouting
Thenumberofpeopleinvolvedinthisphasemustbeminimizedandresortingtoremoteworkasmuchaspossible.
Inordertominimizethephysicalvisitstothepotentiallocations,itisrecommendedtoaskthelocation
scouttosendthefilespriortodoingthescoutinginperson.Whenscouting,theoptionofvirtualscoutingbythedirectorviastreamingshouldbeconsidered.
The location scoutmust follow the recommendedgeneral safetyguidelines aswell as the followingprinciples:

• Onceinthelocation,incasethatitisnecessarytoestablishcontactwithalocationrepresentative,
theinteractionshouldbeminimizedtoonepersononly.• Takeallphotographspotentiallyneededinordertospendaslittletimeaspossiblethere.
2.3-FilmPermitforPublicLocations
Filmingisallowedinpublicspacesthathavethecorrespondingauthorizationbythevariouscompetentauthorities,takingintoaccountthateachmunicipalitymayimposeitsownrestrictions.
Itisrecommendedtocontinuecheckingwiththeadministrationsallthetimesandreactivationsinthe
differentshootingpermits,aswellaswiththedifferenttownhallsforvehicleoccupations.On public roads, the production company will place signs and isolate the filming space where the
action takes place bymeans of beacon tape or signaling fences to ensure safemobility of pedestriansduringthetimetheroadisoccupied.
The pedestrian access / routemust allow the required distance in between people to bemet. The
productioncompanywillhavedisposalbinsfordiscardingtheusedPPEswhenleavingthelocation.
2.4-FilmPermitsforPrivateLocations
Filminginprivatelocations,studiosandsetsisallowedbutitissubjecttoreachingaprioragreementwiththepropertyowners.In this exceptional situation, the following clauses should be added to the contract between theproductioncompanyandthelocationowner:
• Thenumberofpeopleinthetechnicalreccethatcanaccessthelocationduringtheworkingdaywillbeagreedwiththeowner,respectingthegeneralsafetyguidelinesandthisprotocol.
• The location will be called before filming to proceed with its disinfection. Once this has beendone,thespecificareathathasbeendisinfectedwillbedulysignposted.
• The locationdisinfectionprotocol (beforeandafter filming)mustbedesignedaccording to thespecificneedsofthelocationandtheshootingplan.Thedisinfectionprotocolshouldbeincludedinwritinginthecontract.
• In cases of locations that require the use of common spaces, such as the building entrance,staircase,lifts,etc.,toaccessprivatelocations,itwillbenecessarytosignanagreementwiththecommunity administrator or the manager of said common space, which should include thedisinfectionprotocol,thenumberofpeoplewithaccessandthespecialmeasures.
2.5-WorkPermitforMinors
TheAutonomousCommunitieshavealready resumed theprocessingofminors' permits.However,they are carefully supervising the RLP (specific Covid-19 of the minor and of the shooting location)provided by the producers in relation to the security measures marked by the health authoritiesreflectedinourchapterprotocol.
2.6-PermitsforAnimals Asfarasweknow,theRegionalGovernmentshavenotstatedanylimitationstofilmingwithanimals.
InthecaseoftheMadridRegionalGovernment,thepermittofilmwithanimalsisgrantedbythelocalcitycouncils.Therefore,itisforeseeablethatadministrativeprocedureswillbeslowerthanusual.
2.7-Pre-ProductionMeeting(PPM)withAgencyand/orClient
Briefs,meetings and all Pre-PPM and PPM processeswill be done online and resorting to remotework.

2.8-TechScout
Thetechscoutwillbeattendedbythedepartmentheadswhoareessentialforthejob.Thetechnicalcrewshouldfollowthegeneralsafetyguidelinesaswellasthefollowingones:• Onceinthelocation,incasethatitisnecessarytoestablishcontactwithalocationrepresentative,
theinteractionshouldbeminimizedtoonepersononly.• Minimisethetimespentatthelocationbythetechnicalcrew.
ThegeneralpreventionandhygienemeasuresagainstCOVID-19indicatedbythehealthauthoritieswill be complied with and the corresponding interpersonal distance with third parties will bemaintained,aswellastheuseofprotectionequipmentappropriatetothelevelofrisk.
2.9-CostumeFitting
In order tominimize and prevent risks, costume fittings for the talent should not be carried outbeforefilming.
Toproceed to theselectionandpriorapprovalof thecostumes,a sectionwillbe included in the
PPM file describing the final costumes proposed for each cast member, indicating the size andalternatives,bothfortheselectedtalentsandtheback-ups.
In the case of a face-to-face fitting before filming, the people present will be reduced to the
minimumandindispensable.Thestudio/roommustcomplywiththegeneralpreventionandhygienemeasuresagainstCOVID-19 indicatedby thehealthauthoritiesandmustpresentanactionplanandmeasuresendorsedbytheirORPcompany.
Thetalentwillbecalledindividually,andthesafetydistancewillberespectedatalltimes.Wherethenatureof thestylists'activitydoesnotallowtokeepthe interpersonaldistance, those involvedshalluseprotectiveequipmentappropriatetothelevelofriskasaprotectivemeasure.

Inordertoavoidtransmissionbetweenpeopleandtominimizerisks, theProtocol recommendsthattheshootisattendedbytheminimumnumberofpeoplenecessarytocarryoutthefilming.
Allhealthandsafetyguidelinesandprecautionswillbestrictlyobserved inordertowork ina"clean
shoot", i.e. creating a shooting environment in which each department will do their tasks minimizingtransmission risks, following at all times the official general safety guidelines and the special actionsdetailedthroughoutthisprotocol.
Allworkers should be accountable to follow theHealth& Safety regulations set by the government
outside the workplace. The temperature of all workers subject will be checked, using a non-contactthermometer (infrared thermometer) before entering the set on the shoot day. If the temperature ishigher than 37.5° C, the worker will be sent home or to a health centre to have his/her temperatureexamined.
ThePPE'sKITwillbedistributedaccordingtotheneedsofeachdepartment.Arecordmustbekeptof
alltheequipmenthandedtoeachworker.
Thefilmingcrew, includingboththetechnicalandartisticteams,mustalwayswearan identification,havepassedthebodytemperaturecheckandequippedwiththemandatoryPPE.Onlythentheywillbeallowedtoaccesstheset.Accesstotheshootlocationwillnotbeallowediftheserequirementsarenotcompliedwith.
Inthecaseofapersonwhoissick,theclientandtheproducershouldjointlydecidewhethertocancel
theshoot,toreplacethatpersonortohaverestofthedepartmenttocontinueworkingwithouthim/her.Thisdecisionmayentailthattheclientmayonlypaytheleaveofthatpersonortheclientmayalsopaythecostsoftheovertimeintheshootingschedule,plusthecostsofthepersonwhoreplaceshim/her.Duringthisperiod,itisstronglyrecommendedtohaveaback-upforthemaincast,incasethereisanunexpectedabsence.
Theindustryprofessionalsshouldbeencouragedtoshowtheirbestcivicmindednessandnottotake
on jobs if they suffer fromanyCOVID-19 symptomsorhavebeen in contactwith someonewhohad it.Professionalsshouldalsoinformthecompanypromptlyoftheirdecisionnottoacceptthejobiftheyaresick,inrespectfortheircolleaguesandtoavoidlast-minutereplacementsandinterruptionstofilming.

Duringtheentireworkingday,thecrewshouldnotremovetheirmaskunlessitisstrictlynecessaryand
theywillhavedisinfectantgeltocleantheirhandsregularly.Detailedinstructionsforeachdepartmentareincludedbelow.
Thenumberanddurationofshootingactionsthatrequiretwoormorepeopletobeatadistanceof
lessthantherecommended1,5metersshouldbeminimized.During filming, each department must ensure that their tools, equipment and scene elements are
disinfectedasoftenaspossible.Walkie-talkieswillbeduly identifiedandprotectedwithplasticcovers, includingtheearpieceswhich
should also have protection. This equipmentwill be non-transferable and non-exchangeable during theshooting. Before andafter eachday, theywill bedisinfected for use. It is also recommended that eachindividualusestheirownpersonalearpiece.
Thewalkie-talkiecommunicationprotocolshouldbeoptimizedinordertominimizetheinteractionof
people’s hands and mouths with the equipment. It is recommended to use mobile technologies viaBluetooth,Wi-Fiorintercomforanyinternalcrewcommunicationsontheset.
Any items that have to be held, used or simply touched with people’s hands must be previously
disinfected.Anappropriatewaitingareawithsufficientspacemustbeprovidedso that the technicalandartistic
crew can follow the recommended general safety guidelines and respect the safety distance ofapproximately1,5meters.
The person in charge of Occupational Risk Prevention is considered to be key in the coordinationbetweenproductionanddirectiondepartmentsduringpre-productionand filmingphases. Likewise, thepersonresponsibleforsanitaryserviceswillassumetheprofessionalcompetencesofsanitarycontrolandprevention.
These are the recommendations and guidelines for the technical crew in general. Please see below
somespecificrecommendationsforeachdepartment.
3.1.1-HairandMakeup
Duetothespecialnatureofthisactivity,whichmustbecarriedoutincloseproximitytothetalent,thestandardmaskwillbecomplementedwithgloves,gowns,protectivemasksanddisposablecaps.
It is necessary to have hand sanitizing liquid available and accessible to both make-up and artisticequipment.Themake-upandhairdressing teammustdisinfect theirhandsbeforestarting theirworkaswellaseverytimetheyworkwithanewtalent.
All products and tools must be cleaned and disinfected before use. Single-dose products usedindividually foreach talentare recommended.Apreviouspreparationof thesekits shouldbedoneandkept individually for each talent. At the moment it is recommended to use make-up belonging to thetalent,aslongastheyarehappyforittobeused.
Ifpossible,allmaterialsusedshouldbedisposableproducts.Itispreferabletoworkusingbrushesandotherinstruments,ratherthanwithyourhandsorfingers.If
it isnecessarytouseyourhandsforspecifictaskssuchascombingthehair, it isrecommendedtowashthemanddisinfectthembeforeandafterusingthem.

3.1.2-WardrobeDepartment
Anygarmentstobeusedbythetalentmusthavebeendulydisinfectedbeforehand.Iftheitemisnew,pleasecheckthemanufacturerhygienicguarantees.
Duringfilming,theclothesofeachtalentwillbeidentifiedandindependentlyprotectedwithaplastic
coveratalltimes.Eachtalentwillonlyusetheclothesallocatedtohim/herandtheycanneverexchangeclotheswithouthavingthemproperlydisinfectedbeforehand.
In thecaseof stuntmen, specialistsorprecisiondrivers,doublewardrobewillbeavailable for them.
Thetalentmaywearhis/herowncostume,aslongasitisinaccordancewiththecreativebriefing.
Extreme hygiene and disinfection measures will be taken with the wardrobe equipment, such asclothesracks,hangers,irons,sewingmachines,motorhome,etc.
Theclothesshouldbecollectedandreturnedbeforeandaftertheshoot.Itisimportanttorespectthe
general safetyguidelines during thewholeworkingday,both individuallyandwhengoing to the shopsandrentaloutlets.Theshopsandrentaloutletswillhavetheirownprotocols.
Asfaraspossible,itisrecommendedtoworkwithasupplierwhichcanissueadisinfectioncertificate.
Werecommendreachinganagreementwith the rental companieson the returnprotocolwhichwillbeapplieduponcompletionoftheshoot.
3.1.3-ArtDepartment
Duringfilming,theartdepartmentmustmakesurethatalldecorationelementsandpropsthatcomeintocontactwiththetechnicalandartisticcrewsaredisinfectedbeforeandaftereachscene.
Thesetconstructionaswellasthepropscollectionandreturnshouldtakeplacebeforeandafterthe
actualshoot.Itisimportanttorespectthegeneralsafetyguidelinesduringthewholeworkingday,bothindividuallyandwhengoingtotheshopsandrentaloutlets.Theshopsandrentaloutletswillhavetheirownprotocols.Werecommendreachinganagreementwiththerentalcompaniesonthereturnprotocolwhichwillbeapplieduponcompletionoftheshoot.
3.1.4-Camera,GripandElectricalDepartment
Duringfilming,alltoolsandequipmentmustbedisinfectedasoftenaspossible.Allequipmentchecksandtestsaswell the loadingandoffloadingshouldtakeplacebeforeandafter
theactual shoot. It is important to respect thegeneral safetyguidelinesduring thewholeworkingday,both individually andwhengoing to the shopsand rentaloutlets. It is likely that these companieshavetheirownprotocols.
All the Camera, Grip and Electrical equipment should be delivered to the shoot with a disinfectioncertificateissuedbythesupplier.
Theuseoflaserdistancemeasurementisrecommended,inordertomaintainthesafetydistanceatall
times. It is important to provide independent monitors to the Director, Director of Photography andCameraAssistantinordertokeepthesafetydistance.
3.1.5-Sound
During filming,all toolsandequipmentmustbedisinfectedasoftenaspossible. Lapelmicsmustbeduly disinfected after each frame. Each talentwill have amic for individual use only, which cannot beshared.
Themicrophonesmustbetransportedtothesetinsanitizedsleevesorcontainers.Duringsceneorset
changesboththecoversandtheanti-windsystemsthatcoverthemicrophonesmustbedisinfected.

3.1.6-HomeEconomistandFoodStylist
Theyshouldcarryouttheirworkinaseparatearea,isolatedfromthetechnicalcrewandfollowingallpreventivemeasures,bothintermsofhealthandfoodhandling.Theyshouldwearthestandardprotectivepersonalequipment(PPE)atalltimes.
Anyfoodandproductsthatgointhescenemustbepreparedbeforetakingthemtotheset.Duringthe
preparationtheymustbekeptincustody,safeandisolated.
3.1.7-Animals
In addition to complying with all general safety guidelines and the specific health standards, it isimportanttodisinfecttheanimal'spawswhenworkinginvariouslocations.
• Theproductioncompanymustchecktheprocesses,timingandmeasuresforeachsituation.• Aveterinarystudyoftheanimalwillbecarriedout.• The animal's owner and trainer will be present on set and will follow all the individual and
collectiveprotectiveguidelinesoutlinedinthisdocument.• The interaction of the animal with the talent will be limited to the actual filming. Whenever
possible,bodycontactshouldbeminimizedandthetalentwillbeinformedoftheirinteractioninadvance.
• Contactbetweentheanimal,itstrainerandownerandthefilmingcrewwillbeminimized.Theywillbeonsetonlyandstrictlywhenneeded.
3.1.8-ActionVehicleTechnician
Allactionvehiclesmustbedeliveredtothesetwithadisinfectioncertificateissuedbythesupplier.IntheeventthatthecarisprovidedbytheclientortheProductionCompany,itmustbedisinfectedbeforecomingintothesetorbeforebeingincontactwithanytechnicalorartisticworker.Duringtheshoot,thevehicleinteriorshouldbedisinfectedeverytimeitisused.3.1.9-CameraCarandTrailers
TheuseofvehicleswithCraneArmsorTrackingVehiclesispermittedaslongasitisconfirmedwiththesuppliersthattheyhavebeencorrectlyapprovedbytheirLRPtocarryouttheiractivityincompliancewiththeestablishedCOVID-19healthregulations,beforecontractingtheservice.ThesuppliermustshareandprovidetheLRPwiththeproductioncompanyand,aswiththeothervehicles,thepersoninchargemustcomplywiththesanitarymeasuresofdisinfectionandsafety.
Itisrecommendedtocheckineachlocationthestatusofthepermitsinordertobeabletocarryouttheactivity.
3.1.10-VisualEffects
Given thecharacteristicsof theeffectsdepartment, it is recommended that theproduceralongwiththeStuntcrewand/orSpecialorVisualEffectssupervisor,analyseeachsituationorscenariotoevaluateitsviabilitygiventheHealth&Safetymeasuresinforcetodate.
EachStuntand/orSpecialVisualEffectsCompanymustpresentanactionplanandmeasuresendorsedbyitsPRLcompanytotheproducer.Allvisualeffectsworkmaterial,aswellasutensilsandtools,mustbeproperlydisinfected.

3.2.-FilmingProtocolfortheArtisticCrew
Securingaback-upof themain cast is recommended so that they can fill in for the talent thatmaybecomepositivebetweenthePPMandtheshoot.
Thewholecastmustfollowthegeneralsafetyguidelinesinadditiontothoselistedbelow:During the whole working day, the artistic crew should not take off their mask unless it is strictly
necessaryandprovidedthatthesafetydistanceofapproximately1,5metersisrespected.AttheOrderSND/399/2020,fromMay9th,ChapterX,Article30.c),statesthatwhenthenatureofthe
activity does not allow to keep interpersonal distance, those involved shall use protection equipmentappropriatetothelevelofriskasaprotectionmeasure.
Likewise, Article d) states that in cases where the nature of the work does not allow to keep
interpersonaldistanceortheuseofprotectiveequipmentappropriatetothelevelofrisk,asinthecaseofactors and actresses, safety measures designed for each particular case on the basis of therecommendationsofthehealthauthoritiesshallbetaken.
Finally,Article31(4)statesthatfilmingwherethere isnodirectphysical interaction involvingcontact
between the talent may be started in accordance with the general prevention and hygiene measuresagainst COVID-19 indicated by the health authorities. In the case referred to in Article 30(d), specificmeasuresmustbeestablishedonacase-by-casebasisbythoseresponsiblefortheshootonthebasisofrecommendationsfromthehealthauthorities.
Therefore, in the caseof shootingwith talentwithout facemask andwithout the safetydistanceof
approximately 1,5 meters, prevention measures will have to be established for each particular case,following the instructions of theMinistry of Health and the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan of eachproduction.
If due to the type of make-up or hairdressing applied, it is not feasible to wear the mask, an
independentspacewillbedesignatedforthetalenttobeisolatedfromtherestofthetechnicalorartisticcrewmeanwhile.
Precision Drivers must use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times unless it is absolutely
necessarytoremoveitduringtheactualfilming.If thetalenthastoperformanyproductconsumptionoreatduringoneormoreshots, thatproduct
mustbepackedseparately.Ifitisonlythepackagingthatisincontactwiththemouthandhands,itshouldbedisinfectedbeforehand. If it is foodpreparedbythefilmcrew,theprocessshouldhavefollowedtheappropriate health and safety guidelines and the food should stay protected, avoiding contactwith theenvironmentusingplasticwrap,foodcontainers,metallids,silicone,etc.
Any element that the cast has to hold, use or simply touch with their hands must be previously
disinfected with an approved disinfectant solution. The talent must wash their hands and use handsanitizerafterfinishingeachscene.
A largeenoughspaceshallbeprovidedsothatduringwaitingtimes, theartisticcrewcanfollowthe
recommendedgeneralsafetyguidelinesandrespectthesafetydistanceofapproximately1,5meters.
3.3-Attendancetotheshoot
3.3.1.TechnicalCrew
At the Order SND/399/2020 fromMay 9th, Chapter X, Article 30a, in regard to the prevention andhygienemeasuresagainstCOVID-19 intermsofaudiovisualproduction,statesthat thefilmcrewwillbereducedtotheessentialnumberofpeople.

Full health and safety precautionswill be strictly observed in order to create a filming environment
where transmission risks are minimized. The official guidelines and the special measures detailedthroughoutthisprotocolwillbeappliedinordertoavoidtransmissionandtominimizerisks.Thispointcanbe subject to various interpretations and we understand that each project has its own needs andpeculiarities.However,consideringtheexceptionalityofthecurrenthealthcrisis,weareboundtoagreethatonlyanabsoluteminimumamountofpeoplecanattendtheshoot.
Therefore,wewouldsuggestthedefinitionof"essentialcrew",whichincludes includesthosepeople
whowillworkandphysicallyattendtheset,providedthatthesafetydistanceofapproximately1,5metersisrespectedatalltimes.
Thesecrewmembersshouldalwayswearanidentificationandbenumbered.Theyaretheonlypeople
whocanaccesstheset.Therefore,ourrecommendationistokeepan"essentialcrew"ofasfewpeopleaspossibleinordertopreventcontagionbetweenpeopleandtominimizeanypossiblerisk.
Dependingontheproductiondesignanditsspecificneeds,itwillbedecidedwhichpeoplearepartof
the"essentialcrew"onset.Thetransitofpeopleinthecommunalareasofthelocationwillbelimitedasmuchaspossible.
Peopleworkingintheprojectbeforeoraftertheshootarenotcountedaspartofthisessentialcrew.
Neither is thecaseofpeopleworking remotelyorproviding logistic support to theshoot.The followingworkerscannotaccessthesetbecausetheirjobtakesplaceawayfromitorbefore/aftertheshoot:

Crewmembersthatdonothaveaccesstothefilmsetmustalsoscrupulouslycomplywiththesamerequirementsasthe"essentialcrew",bothintermsofhealthandsafetyandfollowingthegeneralsafetyguidelines. The only difference being that they do not have access to the set, which facilitates themonitoringandcompliancewiththemaximumcapacityoftheshoot.
IntheeventofPre-lightingoranysetbuildingthedaybefore,allgeneralsecuritymeasuresmustbe
followedatalltimes.
3.3.2–AttendanceoftheArtisticCrew
TheActionProtocolfortheartisticcrewisapplicableto:▪ Maincast▪ Supportingroles▪ Handmodels▪ Stuntdouble▪ Stuntperformer▪ Standardbackgroundtalent▪ Specialbackgroundtalent
Inorder toavoid transmissionand tominimize risks,access to theshootwillonlybegranted to theminimumindispensableactors/talent,includingonlythosewhoareessentialforfilmingandguaranteeingpeople'shealthandcompliancewiththegeneralsafetyguidelines.
3.3.3–Attendancetotheshoot(AgencyandClient)It is recommended that theminimum necessary people from the Agency and the Client attend the
shoot. They will be required to comply with all general health and safety guidelines set out in thisprotocol.

Theremainingteammembersfrombothcompanieswillbeconnectedonlinewiththefilmset.Forthis
purpose,werecommendusingstreaming.Additionally,thelatesttechnologiesallowustofollowtheshootingfromhome,withageneralfilming
of the set using a GoPro-type of camera and adding dedicated audio channels. These video & audiochannelscanalsobewatchedindifferentmeetingrooms(withvarioussetsofparticipants)tofacilitatethepreparationprocess.Thisremoteworkmethodologyrequiresthewrittenauthorizationofallparties.Itisrecommended to establish a strict protocol to compile the authorizations from the remote participantsbeforetheshooting.Similarly,thereareotherlesscostlyandsimplervideocallalternativessuchasZoomorSkype.3.4-LocationsandSets
In addition to the filming protocol, the general health and safety guidelines will be scrupulouslyfollowedatalltimes.
Thelocationsandsetswillbedisinfectedbeforeandafterfilming.Accesstothefilmingsetwillonlybe
grantedtothe"essentialtechnicalandartisticcrew".Itisrecommendedthattheinteractionofcrewintheshootingareasisreducedasmuchaspossible.
Themaximumcapacityof the filmsetmusthavesufficient space tocomplywith the safedistancing
guidelines.Handsanitizerandmasksshallbeprovidedattheentrancetothefilmset.EntrancewillnotbeallowedtopeoplenotequippedthespecificPPE,whichmustbewornatalltimeswhilstonset.
Theprotectiveequipmentmentionedaboveshallbelocatedintheentrancetothefacilitiestogether
withwaste containers to dispose of themupon departure.When a crewmember leaves the premises,theymustplacethemasksinthewastecontainerprovidedforthispurposeattheentranceorinanyotherdesignatedplace.
It is recommended toputupsignage informing thecrewabout thehygieneguidelines issuedby the
health authorities and any othermessage deemed appropriate to ensure compliancewith hygiene andpreventionmeasures against COVID-19, as well as correct signage of entrances and exits, to avoid theconcentrationofpeople.
TheDirection&ProductionDepartmentswillbriefallcrewmembersoftheessentialhealthandsafety
guidelines applicable to the locationbefore starting the shoot. If necessary, physical protectionbarrierswillbeprovided.
These instructions shall alsobeobserved inall theadjoiningareas close to the set,which shouldbe
largeenoughtoallowcrewmembersworkingtheretofollowtherecommendedgeneralsafetyguidelinesandtokeepthesafetydistance.
In exceptional cases,where access to toilets, rest areas,makeup rooms, catering area, etc. requires
goingthroughtheset,anaccesspathmustbedelimitedwithtwolanestoavoidanyonehangingaroundtheset.

3.5-Catering
CateringcompaniesmustcomplywiththegeneralpreventionandhygienemeasuresagainstCOVID-19indicatedbythehealthauthoritiesandmustpresentanactionplanandmeasuresendorsedbytheirLRPcompany.
Whilst keeping the usual one-hourmeal break, the dining areawill be organized so that half of the
group can eat first and then the other half, which will create two 30-minute shifts. This will facilitatekeepingthesafetydistanceandavoidovercrowdingofthediningarea.Therestofthecrewwillbeinotheradditionalareasrestingorwaitingfortheirturntoeat.
It is important that food service is always prioritized in outdoor & open spaces, and in the case of
indoor service, the tables should be separated by screens if determined by their corresponding LRP.Ventilation isextremely importantatthetimeofservice,so it isrecommendedtoalwayschoosespaceswith natural ventilation and ventilate every 15 minutes. Likewise, the use of fans or AC is notrecommendedduringfoodservice.
Thecatering servicewillprovidemoreasepticpreparationsof themeals,ensuring that theproducts
are less exposed inorder to reduce contaminationasmuchaspossible. It is recommended to limit theservicepointstoguaranteesafetythroughoutthedayoffilming.
At drinking water sources, contact of the bottle with the source should be avoided. Cateringmust
disinfectitperiodically.Theuseofecologicaldisposablecupsisrecommended.Thefoodwillbeservedinindividualboxes,bothatbreakfastandlunch,usingairtightorganiccontainersmadeofplantfibre.Single-doseproducts/foodwillbeusedavoidinganysharedfoodservice.
IncasetheLRPofthecateringcompanyauthorizesit,itwillbepossibletoreturntoceramicplates&
stainless-steelcutlery,aslongastheyareonlyhandledbycateringpersonnel,andtheycomplywiththeirPRLofhandling&hygiene.Cutlerymustalwaysbeindividualizedaftercleaning.
Handling of the product at the location should be minimised. All food handling should be done
beforehandatthesupplier’spremises.Ifcookingiscarriedoutontheset,allapplicablehygienemeasuresandadaptedprotocolswillbeobservedtoguaranteethatthefoodandmaterialsareinasepticconditions.
Wheneverpossiblethecateringstaff,orassignedperson(afterimmediatedisinfection)shouldbethe
onlypersonhandlingthecoffeemachineandotherelementsonthemaintenance/servicetable.
Catering staff will be provided with the appropriate clothing, they will wear waterproof disposablenitrileglovesandprotectivemasks.Allworkingtoolsandfoodcontainerswillbesanitizedandsterilized.
3.6-Transport
All transfers of technical and artistic crewmust comply with the general safety guidelines and thetransportregulations.
Inthetransportationofpeopleinvehicleswithuptonineseats,includingthedriver,twopeoplemay
moveineachrowofseats,providedthattheywearfacemaskandrespectthemaximumpossibledistancebetween the occupants. However, these regulations may change depending on the AutonomousCommunity,soitisrecommendedtoconferwiththemaboutthecurrentsituation.
Ifpublic transport isused,aswell as trainsandbuses,all available seatsmaybeoccupied,andcare
shouldbetakentokeepthesafetydistancebetweeneachother.Facemasksmustbewornallthetime.Alltransportvehiclesmusthaveanofficialdisinfectioncertificateissuedbythetransportcompanybeforethecontractbegins.Trucksmustbecompletelyclosedwhilsttheyarenotbeingusedforloadingorunloading.
DriversmustalwaysbeequippedwiththeirspecificPPEandremaininsidethecabinexceptwhenthey
havetoloadorunload.Inaddition,eachexternaltransportcompanymustcomplywithitsownprotocol.

Anumberofadditionaldefinitions,beyondthestandardrequirementsincludedinthisprotocol,willbesetoutintherequestsforproposalsandsubsequentcontracts:
• Typeofwork• Spaceorareathatisneeded.• Technicalandhumanresources.• Periodoftimeneededtocarryoutthework.
4.2-Beforecomingtoourfacilities:
• In compliance with the regulations on coordination of Labour Relations, wemust specify thenumberofpeoplewhowillneed toaccess their facilities.Post-productioncompanieswill limitthis number according to the space they have available in order to comply with the currentregulationsonthedistributionofpeopleinclosedareas.
• CoordinationbetweenattendeesandthePost-productioncompanyfororganizationpurposes.• Itisthevisitor'sresponsibilitytoconfirmhis/herhealthstatusbeforeenteringthefacility.
4.3-Rulestoplanworkinthepostproductionroom
• Theregulationscurrentlyinforceontheaccesstothepostproductionfacilityandroomswillbeobserved.
• Aminimumdistanceof1,5metersmustalwaysbetakenwithanypersoninsidethefacilities.• Thenumberofpeopleallowed in thepostproduction roomwillbeminimized.Thenumberof
peoplewillbecalculatedbasedonthespaceandtechnicalmeansavailableandwillcomplywiththecurrentregulationsonLabourRelationscoordination.
• Within the work rooms, if the presence of more than one person is necessary, the healthrecommendationsandtherecommendedsafetydistanceswillbetakenintoaccountatalltimes.
• Thepost-productionroomsmustbeequippedwithalcohol-basedsanitizerandanysystemthatallowsfortheimmediatecleaning/disinfectionofworksurfaces(disinfectantsprayorwipes)
• Ifthereisabarorcaféinthefacilities,itwillremainclosedduringthisperiod.• Allrestareas,bars,areasaroundvendingmachinesandwaterfountainsmaybeopenorclosed
at the company's discretion. If they are open, the company must take into account theregulations on safety distance and the complete protection for individual use of food andbeverages.
• Intheroomsandspacestobeused,therewillbeinformationnoticesontheaspectstobetakeninto account in the facilities, as well as rules to be followed at the discretion of each of thecompanies.
4.4-Rulesforenteringandleavingthefacility
• Thepeopleenteringthepremisesmustprovidetheirprotectivematerials(gloves,mask).Ifthisisnot the case, the organization shall provide,within the possibilities available, disinfectant gel,maskanddisposablegloves.Thevisitormustusethemwhilstinthefacilities(exceptthosewithdialoguewhichshouldonlybeatthetimeofthespeechinthesoundstudios).
• Thisequipmentmustbelocatedattheentranceofthefacility,togetherwithawastecontainertodisposeofthemwhenleavingthepremises.
• When anyone leaves the premises, they should place the gloves and masks in the wastecontainerprovidedattheentranceorinthedesignatedplace.
• The itinerary inside the facilitywillbeorganized insuchaway that thevisitorwillnothave toestablishcontactwithanybody.

• Visitors'accessareaswillbedelimitedeitherwithphysicalelements,tapeormarksonthefloor.• Anyone entering the facility must wash their hands thoroughly before using the protective
equipment.• Whenanyone leaves thepremises, theworkingareamustbe immediatelydisinfected,at least
doingaquickcleaningoftheworkingsurfacesandtools.
4.5-Soundstudiosandvoice-overartists
• Theinstructionsforthevoice-overartistsmustbemadeavailableattheentranceofthefacility,indicatingwhichrecordingstudiotheyshouldgotoandthetexttobeused.Anyothermaterialstheymayneedwillalsobeavailableattheentrance.
• Thevoice-overartistsshouldbringtheirownheadphones,ifpossible.• Thestudiomusthaveheadphones thathavebeendulydisinfected.Themicrophonemustalso
havebeendisinfectedandcovered.

Chapter5-Documentation5.1-Budgets
Theproductionbudgetwillbevalidaslongastheprotocolsofthe"NewNormality"donotchange,inwhichcaseitwillhavetobeupdatedwithitsconsequentmodifications.
Thebudgetswillhavetochangeasaconsequenceoftheadditionofsomeexpensesderivedfromthe
newmeasuresadoptedduring thishealthcrisis,whichhave tobe included inorder tocomplywith thisprotocolandtoshootinthesafestpossibleway.Therefore,newbudgetitemswillbeadded(cleaning,PPEmaterial,medicalstaff,etc.)andotheralreadyexistingitemswillbeadaptedinordertocomplywiththesafetyrecommendations,suchasthenumberoftransfervehicles,forexample.
In addition to the above, the client should be informed that unforeseen expensesmay arise as a
resultoftheCovid-19crisis.ThenewcostsarenotincludedintheoriginalbudgetandtheclientwillhavetocoverthembecauseinsurancecompaniesdonotcoveranyunforeseenexpensesarisingfromtheCovid-19.5.2–ProjectSchedules
Due to the new precautions, prohibitions andmeasures implemented in the current situation, asdiscussedinthisdocument,itisrecommendedtoreviewtheprojectscheduletoensurethereissufficienttimetotakeallthestepsrequiredtoworkunderthisprotocol.Similarly,thenewprotocolsincludedinthisdocumentmayaffect theshooting times,whichwillhave tobeadaptedaccordingly tocomplywith theguidelines.
Itisalsoveryimportanttobeawarethattheseschedulesaresubjecttotheupcomingpublicationsof
theSpanishOfficialGazette(BOE)anditsregulatoryupdates.5.3-Conditions,InsuranceandCancellations
Similarly to what happened with SARS, insurance companies are currently excluding any claimsarising from COVID-19 from their policy scope. This implies that certain guarantees such as non-appearanceandadditionalexpenseswouldnotbecoveredbythepolicy,iftheclaimisrelatedtoCOVID-19.
Inviewofthis,itisrecommendedthatclientsareinformedthatthistypeofclaimwillbeprocessedin
the samewayasweather-relatedevents,when there is noweather-day insurance. Inotherwords, anyliabilityduetonon-appearance,cancellations,postponements,etc.duetocausesarisingfromCOVID-19orgovernmentmeasuresrelatedtoit,willbebornebytheclient.
AnAnnextotheAPCP'sGeneralTermsandConditionshasbeenpreparedandwillformpartofthese
fromnowon.Thefollowingnoteshouldbeaddedtoallbudgets:"ThisbudgetissubjecttotheGeneralTermsandConditionsintheStandardContractagreedbythe

Conclusions
1. SincetheendofthestateofalarmthatendedonJune21st2020,theAutonomousCommunitieshavebeenresponsible, togetherwiththeGeneralStateAdministrationand localentitieswithinthe scope of their respective competences, in accordance with health and epidemiologicalcriteria, for the functions ofmonitoring, inspecting and controlling that the correct establishedmeasuresarecompliedwith.
2. Workers must inform the company if they show symptoms and will be kept in quarantine at
home.
3. Inordertoavoidtransmission,remoteworkwillberecommended,wheneverpossible.
4. If and when remote working is not feasible, the protective guidelines recommended by theauthoritiesshallbefollowed:
• Useofprotectivemasksallthetime.• Regularhandhygieneusingalcohol-basedsanitizers.• Respectthesafetydistanceofapproximately1,5meters.
5. Eachproductioncompanywillestablishtheusualoccupationalriskpreventionplan,addingtoit
the Covid-19 risk assessment model, and will inform all workers about it before they startworking.
6. Eachpersonattendingtheshootmustsignadocumentofaccesstotheworkplace.AmodelforsuchadeclarationhasbeendrawnupbyAPCPavailableforassociates.
7. Theworkplacemustbesubjecttoregulardisinfectionprocedures.
8. Casting auditionswill be recommended out online, eitherwith a self-tape (videos recorded at
homebythetalent)and/orvideocalls.
9. Fiming inpublic spaces (public roads,parks,coasts, roads...) isauthorized,bearing inmind thateachadministrationmayimposetheirownrestrictions.
10. Filming inprivate locations isallowed.Thepartiesmust reachanagreementandconsensusonthe number of people and disinfectionmeasures. The safety distancemust be observed at alltimes.
11. Work permits for minors is reactivated depending on the possibilities of each AutonomousCommunity.
12. Meetingsbetween theproductioncompany, theagencyand theclient suchasbriefings,PPMs,
etc.,willberecommendedoutonline.
13. There is a new specific protocol for tech scouts, aimed at avoiding overcrowding the site andwhichonlyallowsthe"essentialcrew"toattendthevisit.
14. Itisrecommendednottodofittingsbeforetheshootandtopresenttheactualwardrobeinthe
PPMfileandmaketheselectionfromthere.

15. Wewillbeworking in so-calledcleanshoots,which implies thatonlyaminimum indispensablecrewwillparticipateinthefilming.• Workerswillbesubjecttotemperaturechecksonthedayofshooting.Therewillbeaback-
upprotocolfortheartisticcrew.• Prevention and safety guidelines are applicable to all workers according to their role and
functionintheproduction.• It is established that the "essential film crew" (physically present on the set) in a "clean
shoot"istheabsoluteminimumpossible.Safetydistanceofapproximately1,5meterswillbeobservedatalltimes.
• Aspartofthefilmcrew,theAgencyandtheAdvertiser'srepresentativearealsoincludedontheset.
16. This protocol is a guide for theACCPmembers. If there is any discrepancywith the provisions
made in current or future regulations that may be issued by the Spanish Government orParliament,theirprovisionsshallprevail.
17. TheAPCP shall notheld responsible for any claimderived from the interpretationof anypointincludedinthisactionprotocol.
