How It Works.

The majority of building substrates are naturally porous, allowing water to penetrate, which can carry pollution/stains, propagate organic growth and create the damaging effects of frost and humidity.

The unique properties of Nu-Cryl will alter the chemical structure of a porous building substrate, which in turn will provide oil and water repellent properties. The appearance of the substrate will not change and will remain moisture vapour permeable.

Nu-Cryl treatment is achieved by impregnating to full saturation. The Nu-Cryl solution will penetrate deep into the material’s pores rendering it water repellent.

The Nu-Cryl range of environmentally friendly products will protect against water, oil, stains, pollution, graffiti, organic growth and chewing gum.

NU-CRYL® WRS Colour Enhancer is suitable for application to walls and floors such as blockwork, concrete, natural stone, reconstructed stone & blockwork, granite, marble and terrazzo. Due to its excellent water repellent qualities, NU-CRYL® WRS Colour Enhancer will reduce the penetration of oil and water into the substrate as well as protecting from frost damage and organic growth. Stain and dirt resistant, NU-CRYL® WRS Colour Enhancer also enhances the natural colour of the substrate.

Areas treated with NU-CRYL® WRS Colour Enhancer will remain cleaner longer with the regular cleaning process drastically reduced..




APPLICATION: Impregnation to be applied by flood-coating method using low-pressure spray equipment of the knapsack type, or by brush/roller. The surface to be treated should be impregnated with 2 coats (wet on wet). Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C.

A safe, ecological, water solubleoil dispersant and emulsifier.

Removes staining and grime from brick, concrete and other

hard surfaces.

Application:

Can be used as supplied for heavy contamination or diluted with 4 parts water when used through hot water pressure washers. Allow to dwell for up to 5 minutes and pressure wash with clean water. For washing down paintwork dilute with 40 parts water depending on the staining to be removed, for extra effectiveness use hot water.

MC1 is a water soluble degreaser formulated to remove grease staining and general grime from paved surfaces and other hard surfaces. Can also be used for cleaning prefabricated buildings and paintwork.

OD1 Oil Dispersant is safer and ecologically more acceptable than many other degreasers available and is suitable for use on most surfaces such as concrete, brick, tarmac, metals, plastics and painted surfaces.

Application:

Can be used as supplied for heavy contamination or diluted with up to 5 parts water for light use. Use a low pressure spray directly on the spillage and allow to dwell for 10-20 minutes. Hose or pressure wash off, leaving surface clean.

Apply BC2 undiluted with a bristle brush to the affected area. And allow to dwell for 15-20 minutes. Pressure wash off leaving surfaces clean. It may be necessary to degrease the area prior to cleaning with MC1-Multi Clean.

Pre-wet surfaces to be treated prior to application and apply CM1 undiluted with a bristle brush to the affected area. Allow to dwell for 15 minutes. Pressure wash off leaving surface clean.

A specially prepared, ready to use wash for use before applying

protective treatments.

A specially formulated non-aqueous blend of citrus

oils which combine to provide a very high performance chemical for the removal

of chewing gum and other stubborn stains.

CG1 is completely non-toxic, with a pleasant odour making it extremely safe for use internally as well as externally.

SS1 is a ready to use, water based biocide that will destroy mould, fungi and organic growth. SS1 is an environmentally friendly waterborne formulation. The use of SS1 will reduce regrowth and is suitable for application to roofs,walls and paving.

Application:

Remove heavy deposits of mould or algae by power washing. Spray-apply SS1 to all areas to kill any remaining spores. Leave for 24 hours prior to applying any protective treatment.

Application:

Spray directly onto the chewing gum and allow to dwell for up to 5 minutes. Power wash with hot water to remove the gum spots followed by complete rinsing of the surface to create a uniform appearance.

biodegradable detergents developed to remove

graffiti from porous or extensively vandalised surfaces where a longer ‘dwell time’ is required.

A specially formulated alkaline cleaner for the

Application:

Apply SL1 undiluted with a bristle brush to the affected area and allow to dwell for up to 2 minutes. Remove by pressure washing to leave surfaces clean.

Apply AG4 Gel liberally to the graffiti using a bristle brush. Allow to dwell for 2-3 minutes. Remove by power washing with hot water.

Application: Apply the mixed SL2 Poultice to the affected area at a thickness of 5-10 mm. Cover with plastic and tape the edges. Allow the poultice to dry for about 24 hours. Remove the plastic and poultice from the stain and thoroughly rinse with hot water under low pressure.
