Purlins are a horizontal structural membrane in a roof. It helps in supporting the loads from the roof deck and are properly supported by the building wall or principal rafter. These roof purlins are extensively used in large sized roofing platforms, factory, workshops, godowns and many industrial sheds. Manufactured using best grade materials, these are offered in various specifications, depending upon the requirements of the clients

C Purlins are horizontal structures that are used to support the load from the roofdeck or the sheathing. The plane surface of this purling on one side has made it apreferred material for cladding due to its easy installation on concrete structures orsteel. Passive fire protection or PFP is designed to protect steelworkagainst hydrocarbon jet and pool fires for periods of up to threehours.

These products are applied on and off-site through pluralcomponent spray application. PFP material require often requiresmesh reinforcement due to the high film build and structure of thematerial. Sand blasting is a process in which abrasive particles i.e. sand blastingmedia, are propelled against workpiece at great velocities bringing aboutmodulated, in particular roughened surface of the treated object.Simultaneously, loosened particles and impurities such as soil, rust, scaleetc. as well as redundant coating constituting workpiece surface prior sandblasting aremechanically removed.

Eventual residues of particles that have been stripped away from theworkpiece and the small amount of crumbled sand blasting media areblown away from treated surface with the use of compressed air andsequentially collected in dust bins. Meanwhile, the recyclable abrasiveretaining properfeatures is recycled.

The apparent simplicity of sand blasting process does not correspond toversatility and range of its applications. Moreover, sand blastingtechnology is employed for removal of surface layers in terms of surfacecleaning and decontamination.
