Ensuring a Clean and Healthy Dining Environment
The EatSafe™ Program ensures a clean and healthy dining environment. It provides increased sanitation and awareness of your efforts on behalf of your customer, plus a sparkling clean, fresh smelling “front of the house” trademark.
Did you know the majority of bacteria and viruses are spread by people? Businesses and facilities where people congregate are highly susceptible to providing breeding grounds for germs. Don’t let it happen in your establishment!
You don’t want to be featured as a “sick restaurant” on the evening news, do you? Reputations are hard to build, and easy to lose — EatSafe™ helps keep your bottom line safe.
What is the EatSafe™ Program?
Core elements of the EatSafe™ Program involve PRODUCT, PROCEDURES, & SIGNAGE
Simple as 1-2-3. By wich areas will your customers judge your establishment?
1. The first thing people notice when they enter your facility is the floor appearance. A shiny, clean floor speaks wonders of how clean the rest of your establishment is.
2. The seating and table top areas create a huge negative if not clean. Clean table tops make patrons feel comfortable and at home.
3. Most patrons will use the restroom, if only to wash before eating. Imagine the impact of urine smell as an appetizer or a dirty restroom on your customers’ perception of their dining experience.
Each of these areas are critical and the impressions they create are lasting.
1. Floors: Resilient tile, linoleum, vinyl, stone or quarry tile . . . our EatSafe™ product selection chart will help you select the proper products for your establishment. A clean floor creates an immediate impression, so does a dirty one.
2. Patron Eating Areas: Table tops and seating areas really impact your customer’s perception of the whole establishment’s cleanliness. Controlling harmful micro-organisms means using an E.P.A. registered sanitizer that also carries a U.S.D.A. rating of D-2: (see EatSafe™ product selection chart). Killing germs while you clean between patron visits just makes sense.
3. Restrooms: Communal area. This is the most likely area to have germs present and prove difficult to control odors. A dirty, smelly bathroom does not create a good impression. Refer to the EatSafe™ product selection chart for product choices.
