TachoPlus is compatible with EU standard hardware components, such as VDO Down-load Key, Actia D-Box, Stoneridge, Optac and many others. Online data transfer from various

devices and remote download services is fully supported. The central SQL database storage is the base for the legal and operatio-nal evaluations, as well as for export to other

applications. TachoPlus manages overdone download-dates, expiration of driver cards and calibrations.

TachoPlus ScanTThe previous diagram discs can be scanned with any scanner and automatically combined with the digital data, so the duty-time of

drivers have been fully recorded. In case of huge number of tacho-disks, for better effi ciency, a specialized feed scanner can be used.

Data acquisition from remote download systems TachoPlus makes it possible to take over

tachograph data from the remote download of almost all providers automatically. The master data of new drivers and vehicles are automatically created and assigned to the intended clients.

TachoPlus CLOUDTachoPlus is also available on the Internet as software as service and ensures the same full functionality of TachoPlus.

The fl exible and aff ordable pricing allows the short-term scaling to particular customer needs.

With this free software, the driver is well informed about his driving

and rest times. TachoPlus can send tachograph data by e-mail automatically.

Support, warranty and maintenance contracts TachoPlus provides in collaboration

with the partners maintenance services at reasonable rates. This guarantees the regular update of application and in case of problems a fast assistance by telephone or remote session. For fi rst year the maintenance contract is included.

Training and coursesFormation courses for drivers and fl eet managers take place regularly at diff erent locations.

entry on the tachograph enables easy the fuel tax accounting in mixed traffi c.

TachoPlus FSKWith an applied tamper-and forgery-proof RFID-seal on the driver-license, the presence of driver-license can be

checked with the contactless reader at the same time with reading of the driver-card. The documentation of evidence and tracking of schedules are fully integrated into TachoPlus.

TachoPlus TimeThe TachoPlus time recording allows as well to record the working hours of not driving employees via electronic time clocks.

The working hours of staff who alternately drives or does other work, can be combined seamless. TachoPlus creates evaluations according to confi gurable working time models, which then is available to the payroll application.
