Presentation of papers The time allocated for each paper is shown in the Symposium Program. All papers will be presented at the stated time. In the event of cancellation, the moderator will use the allocated time for discussion or for recess. Symposium proceedings All the invited lectures, paper contribution and accepted posters will be published in the Bulletin of University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine Cluj-Napoca Vol. 68 (with four series - http://journals.usamvcj.ro/), as follows: Agriculture (section 1, 2, 3), Horticulture (section 4, 5, 10), Animal Science and Biotechnologies (section 6, 7), Veterinary Medicine (section 8, 9). In an effort to alert participants of these changes, a bulletin board will be located in the registration area containing notices of last changes. Opening ceremony The opening ceremony will be held Thursday, 29th September, from 9:00 to 9:20 at the Central Hall, Aula Magna “Mihai Şerban”. The access in the hall will be stopped after 9:00, till the first coffee break. Coffee breaks Complimentary coffees will be provided during the scheduled morning and afternoon breaks in the Central Hall, first level and the section’s halls. Banquet, Lunch & Dinner The banquet will be held at Hotel Napoca Restaurant (10 minutes walk from the University) on Friday, 30th September, from 19:00 to 24:00. The banquet is included in the registration fee and you will receive a voucher at registration desk. The lunch will be served on Thursday, 29th September, from 14:00 to 15:30 and on Friday 30th September, from 13:00 to 14:30 at Agonomia Restaurant (5 minutes walk from the University). The dinner will be served on Thursday, 29th September, from 20:00 to 21:30 and on Friday 30th September, from 19:00 to 20:30 at Agonomia Restaurant. Lunch and dinner can be booked individualy in Romanian lei at the registration desk, only on Thursday, 29th September, from 08:00 to 12:30. Lunch will cost 15 lei and dinner 10 lei.
