SpecificationStructure work:R.C.C Framed structure, structural design for earth quake resistance using higher grade concrete and steel.

Block work wall:Quality Concrete solid block with all outer walls will be 200mm thick with C: M 1:6 and inner wall be 100 thick with 1:3 will be done.

Joinery: Main door will be in teak wood frame and shutters and all other doors will be in country wood frame with Panel led skin /flush door shutter.Windows and ventilators will be in UPVC / Aluminium. Windows will be fully glazed and single shutter type and ventilators will be louvered type with glass panes.All windows will be provided with M.S grills inserted to the frame and ventilators with necessary fittings.

Painting:For all rooms are apply two coat of wall putty with emulsion. Main door will be polished (scalar varnish) all other MS Grills and door window & ventilator with two coats of enamel paint.

Flooring:In living/Dining and Bed rooms will be vitrified tiles 2x2 and other Rooms 1 x1 ceramic tiles will be done.Toilet flooring & Wall dado:In toilet Ceramic tiles and wall (12x8) tiles up to 7 ft ht.

Electrical:Three phase – Concealed wiring will be provide Each room will be provided with necessary points for light fan and 5& 15 amps switches for electrical appliances. A water heater points will be provide in all toilet and ISI branded wiring with semi modular switches and sockets will be provide. And all the main control with bracket MCB switch.

Plumbing & Sanitary A EWC (Closet) will be provided in the toilet. An internal plumbing and sanitary line will be concealed. Taps will be provided in Hall/Dining at a suitable place all plumbing fixtures will be fixed and sanitary wares are Dissuaded Color.All fixture will parryware make will semi modular type.
