OVERVIEW


These days, the organization or agencies growth rapidly and diverse. It makes the process of teamwork and leadership into things that ought to be studied more deeply. Through INCOF, issues and opinions from a variety of cultures and organizations will be submitted to obtain the best solution, in order to increase the knowledge and insight in the activity of the organization

Challenge yourself to be aware in order to be innovative and inspiring, learn to have an attitude of good leadership within an organization and company. Hone an understanding of the processes and interactions of a structure in the organization and becomes responsible for achieving the purpose of organization. Be the place to challenge yourself and excited with the other participants who have same passion and interest with you.

INCOF (International Conference Organization Forum) is held as one of innovative conference to create a good youth leadership personal. International Conference Organization Forum (INCOF) has the outstanding speakers who are reliable and professional in leadership realm. The conference is expected to finding the latest issues and define the best solutions together. INCOF 2018 will be held in Malaysia as one of country that concern with the development of human resources. This conference is merged with the enthusiastic participants and augment the confident by take action and talk active.

CURRICULUM

Delegates will have a chance to have a presentation from professional in the related topic and get involved. This will open their mind, inspire and broaden horizons. Moreover, they should challenge themselves in making a paper by choosing one of the three given themes offered in this conference.

Delegates will experience learning by visiting the iconic landmarks and world known attractions in Malaysia. Explore the country, the people who live in the country, the culture, and their customs.

types of power, and tools for gaining legitimacy in your development work.


To understand the role of youth leadership in the development sector

To engage in self-leadership, by building awareness of your strengths and weaknesses as a leader in the context of global development

To understand the different forms of leadership that are relevant to the development sector, and the key to successfully engaging in this form of leadership

To learn techniques to build ethical strength (potential inuence) and form ofinuence strategy

We hope to broaden the knowledge of youth especially on Leadership and Entrepreneurship. By the given knowledge, youth are expected to be inspired and empowered to give more value in the global education and the country for a brighter future. Moreover, they might be brave to take the step to become the leader of their own business.

*We are proposing a collaboration with the top institutions and industries in Malaysia regarding the conference and workshop.

Target: For those who register for INCOF Platinum, the delegates has the bigger advantage since the committee will pick them up in the airport and take them to Putrajaya. The delegates are able to have an insight of Putrajaya including visiting Putra Moaque, Putrajaya Lake, Putrajaya Bridge, and many more. After the delegates enjoy their rst excursion in Putrjaya, they will be transferred to hotel to take a rest and to prepare for tomorrow's international conference.

*Presents Paper by INCOF Delegates (Further details will be explained during the mentoring program)*Performance by INCOF Delegates (Further details will be explained during the mentoring program) Target: In the international conference day, the delegates are expected to be active and interactive during the program. They can express their ideas on the topic of leadership, get involved, and expose themselves in the conference. Furthermore, the selected INCOF delegate who has sent a paper related to the topic will have his/her chance to present in front of other delegates. Not only for those who has the best paper, but for those who want to show their skill whether it is singing or dancing can have their opportunity to perform in front of the delegates bringing the Indonesian cultures to the World. After the delegates end their international conference program, the delegates will be guided to one of the best universities in Malaysia so that they will experience a different atmosphere of the student life in Malaysian's university.

Target: This is the day where the delegates will have their Malaysian excursion. The delegates will be invited to learn about Malaysia through visiting Istana Negara and Dataran Merdeka. The delegates will be able to get an insight and overview of Malaysian government. For the next destination, the delegates will be taken to Royal Selangor Pewter Factory to have a real insight of how Malaysian industry works. Afterwards, the delegates will be guided by the committee to Petaling Street, the centre of Kuala Lumpur's original Chinatown with its traditional atmosphere, and Central Market. Cocoa Boutique also waits the delegates with its appetizing chocolate. Furthermore, the delegates will experience one of KL's most familiar landmark, Petronas Twin Tower. The delegates will see the majestic skyscrapers in Kuala Lumpur which look so dazzling at night.
