The formation of BASEcamp

Back in Year 2007, our team was known as Kelvin Chai & Associates, the team size made up of only 5 members. As a

new start-up team, there was no direction or any team activities except for ad-hoc gathering in coee shop or void

deck.

Today, with the support of 9 Team Managers, we have increased our productivity and team strength. The team has a

proper working system; we have an administrative assistant in our own oce who helps us in operation and

administration works; we have regular activities such as meeting, training and bonding sessions to create a close

knitted cohesive team.

Our team is growing at a fast speed and we recognized that we need an identity to create a branding strategy. Hence,

in August 2012, BASEcamp was formed with the direction to be the Champion Team in fairness, ethical and

professional business practices.

Kelvin joined the Real Estate Business fulltime since 18 Mar 1998. He holds a

Bachelor of Business with Merit, major in Property & Marketing. Kelvin believes in

"Committed at Your Command" and delivers this value when he mentors and

conducts his real estate business and also as a Trainer. He has trained more than

3,000 agents in Life Mastery Academy.

Jenny Yeo

Associate Division Director

Embarked on the real estate journey since 2 August 2005, has completely

transformed Jennys life. Formally a HDB Technical Ocer for 5 years, she came into

this industry with no sales background and customer database. However, with strong

perseverance and positive attitude, she picked up useful skills from seniors and

bosses and started closing many big deals. The good income from real estate has

improved the living standard for her family and allowed her to buy her rst

matrimonial home and an investment property.
