Situational Assessments by Prophecyo 21 online video-based assessments designed to replicate the challenging interpersonal situations common to the healthcare environment.o After each video, the clinician will be asked to select the most effective way to respond to the situation, and the least effective way to respond, from a series of pre-determined answers.o During Validation, the panel of experts rated the answer choices, with 90% agreement on the most and least effective ways to respond to these situations.o A criterion study was performed, correlating the results of the Situational assessment to the likelihood of being a top performer with regards to interpersonal skills.
