I decided to design a webpage for a fictional company that relates to my database course project. This webpage will be the “official” website of the number one property management company in Southern California.

Content: Company information, areas served, services offered, requests for proposals, available units for rent, applications and links.

Audience: Homeowners with the intention to rent their unitand prospective/current residents interested in renting a unit.

Objective: User friendly webpage that allows customers to easily browse the various services and make contact//apply/request proposal via online.
