THIS RESEARCH PAPER IS DESCRIPTIVE–
In this project doctrine research method is used, for analyzing the subject theoretically.
A Doctrinal method of research based on primary, secondary and electronic sources.Various books and writings have been studied so as to develop a better understanding of the topic. Afterwards, a conclusive viewpoint is formulated in hope of encompassing the different methods of study. Other references as guided by the guide of project were primarily helpful for the completion of the project.
The primary sources are: articles, etc.
The secondary sources are: books and websites.
RATIONALE-
A project is a study of Easements, which is right over other’s property & Their Characteristics. It is a project report with accuracy, objectivity and completeness, communicated from person who has information to another person, or group of persons who wants to use it. A project is clearly structured and precisely written to meet the readers’ expectations.
OBJECTIVE-
To understand Easements and its related terms.
To understand how it is a right over others’ property.
To understand the characteristics of Easements.
RESEARCH DESIGN-
The nature of this research is DOCTRINAL in nature.
