MENIFEEMenifee, California is a city in Southwestern Riverside County, California, United States and part of the Los Angeles Combined Statistical Area. The city is also centrally located in the heart of Southern California between San Diego County and Los Angeles County. Located nearly 9 miles north of Temecula and bordering the city of Murrieta, Menifee is roughly 46 square miles in size and has an elevation of 1,424 Feet. It also had a population of about 89,004 as of 2016. The incorporated City of Menifee includes the communities of Sun City, Quail Valley, Paloma Valley and portions of Romoland.

Adjacent to Menifee Meadows - Menifee Town Center will be the new home of the Menifee City Hall and the Riverside County Courthouse. Located along Town Center Drive, the new Menifee City Hall will host all city-related business as well as government administrative functions for the communities of Menifee, Sun City, Quail Valley and Romoland. The new Menifee County Courthouse will be located on the east side of Town Center Drive. This 90,000-square-foot courthouse facility will include nine courtrooms and a variety of service and office spaces. The State of California is in the process of acquiring this site. Groundbreaking is anticipated in late 2018 with completion in the second quarter of 2021.

Directly across from Paloma Wash from Menifee Town Center’s Urban Park, town green and the Cortana Club, a 12-acre parcel is being developed by Rich Development that will include a variety of restaurants and retail entities in walkable proximity to Menifee Town Center residents. The development is situated directly across Haun Road from the Menifee Countryside Marketplace, complementing that existing retail hub. Now under construction are: ALDI Grocery, PetSmart, Party City, Kirklands, Buffalo Wild Wings, The Habit Burger Grill, El Pollo Loco, Jimmy John’s and Sonic Drive-In.

Krikorian is developing a multifaceted entertainment center that will include a movie theater with 14 stadium-style auditoriums, outfitted with fully-reclining leather seats, a 16-lane bowling alley, a restaurant/sports bar with a 70-ft screen and luxury sofa seating and a fun zone/gaming area. This hub of entertainment will be located north of the Riverside County Courthouse, bordering Newport Road to the north and Town Center Drive to the east.
