Warm and Cool Color temperature can be described as warm or cool. Warm colors seem to more forward, cool colors seem to recede. Temperature can convey mood.

Intensity or SaturationIntensity is the brightness or dullness of a hue. A pure, bright hue is called a high intensity color. Dull hues are called low intensity colors.
