What is “PROMOTIONS”?
“Promotions” are those efforts and activities thatraise awareness about your Relay For Life event.
“Promotions” comes in many forms, and is somuch more than just an article in the local paper it involves speaking opportunities, signage, yourevent website, etc.
“It takes a village to promote a Relay.”
Everyone that touches Relay can promote the event through their personal channels – their workplace, at their bank, their dentist’s office, etc.
A Team Approach

Cancer Society: who we are and what we do• Demonstrates how money raised supports
cancer research and meet the needs of local cancer patients• Recognizes sponsors, volunteers and other
